Bro Northern Plains Chang Shan Yin Arc was the most boring shit ever

You left out the part of the shitpost where Lord Fifth - the greatest sex offender parrot in the multiverse - drills a hole through a poster of Grimace to use it as a glory hole. Is that how it went? That's how I remember it.

The zombie arc ends in everyone piloting flying USS Enterprises until they run out of ammunition and are forced to ram into each other. It starts as farming and ends as Transformers: Gu in Disguise.

Love the content, love your dissection, one thing though. I don’t enjoy this series (at least the adapted manga/manhua). The thing is… i want to. Cultivation pokemon that has rich storytelling sounds so up my alley i read it in 3 days. And I’m disappointed with what i’ve got. It’s definitely got merit with the world and power system, but i feel there’s an issue of pacing and character writing. You’re right that the standard formula is boring, but Revered Insanity isn’t different. It’s just a different character in the same world. I couldn’t care less about the cast as of where i’m at. They’re boring and so is the main character. The earlier schemes and gu held my attention, but after finishing and pondering it feels empty. A story can’t critique a genre if its base can’t keep up (imo). And I won’t lie, i’ve grown up reading similar stories (this might be an official beatles moment). But as of right now, it sounds boring. And i know I’m probably a minority of people. I just don’t enjoy some series, for example I don’t care for konosuba. (Not sure if you know about it but) it takes the absurdity of isekai and comedizes it. But it doesn’t hit that well (imo). It’s caricatures and that’s not inherently funny by itself. At this point i’m kind of rambling, but basically reading reviews it gets better after vol 5 or during vol 5 or after stage 5 (idk). And basically everything before is a whole waste of explanations and world building? I’m just here to ask if i should even continue. Sure i’ve read 500-1000 chapter series before, but they had to be real good and have me crying every other chapter and this doesn’t seem like it. I don’t think i want to spend time reading so much for nothing, but there’s so much glazing i need to see if it’s actually worth. Considering i know how most of these stories go should i just start at vol 5. Where does it get good. Am i cooked?

Hey everyone! I have been meaning to to upload but I couldn't get over the creative hump of making an update video or a where I've been video or any other kind of serious projects, so I decided to break my hiatus by just recording myself play a demo by my game dev friend Hano. This video is completely unedited and I'm primarily talking to the actual developer of the game because he asked me to play it literally today. Anyway enjoy!

I haven't analyzed them directly but if it's more realistic and grounded with hints of the supernatural then it would be considered wuxia.

The thing is that Heaven's will can alter circumstances to some extent but can't change a person's personality. In fact, considering Fang Yan is a transmigrator he is somewhat impervious to Heaven's will, which is also why he was chosen by Heaven's will, because by being able to defy fate he would be able to defy Spectral Soul. So even though Heaven will aided him in getting Spring Autumn Cicada it would not have worked if Fang Yuan was not the kind of person to desire it and use it. I do agree though that it diminished his achievements somewhat in my eyes as well. The whole cultivating blood path to spring a trap in his next life is really lame. But again it does show how Fang Yuan is in charge, because he never used Blood his blood path skills once in his new life, even though Heaven's Will wanted him to do so. So yes, every thing happened because Fang Yuan made it happen, Heaven's Will couldn't stop this even if it tried as we saw when he destroyed Fate gu. Heaven's will just observed Fang Yuan and knew he would be a good pawn. And I suspect it wasn't even Heaven's will who gave him lifespan gu but his luck gave it to him. Only then when he accumulated so much life experience and hardened his outlook on life did Heaven will consider him as a pawn.

Man, I love this video and this manga. I think I'm still on the part where I just relate to the sad and stressful situations Nagata was in. I remember myself crying and feeling miserable during the first half of the manga, as I had never felt so understood with struggles I couldn't share with anyone, and I even had a fear of finishing it because it made me feel horrible every time I read it. For some time, I couldn't help but think about that manga over and over again. One day, I decided to finish it, and I had one of the biggest surprises of my life. Even though the ending was bittersweet, it had a lot of positive things that I noticed I could do to help myself. I actually saw it as an inspiring story rather than just something I could relate to. I'm still struggling with lots of things today, but I can feel I've made a big progress since those days when I used to rot in bed. I love the shoutout you give to her courage for expressing her thoughts and desires so sincerely. It's something I noticed not many people mention, and it was one of the biggest surprises I had when I first realized it was a personal report and not a fictional story.

I'm in a very similar position to you and tbh I would not be where I'm at IRL without creators like her, and it's one of the reasons why I wanted to make some creative projects in the first place, because of works like this that inspired me to keep going. Happy to hear your story with the ending and I'm glad my video spoke to you the way it did.

I’m currently writing a dark fantasy coming of age novel/comic based on many Pantheons of Gods contrasting and vying for control in a chaotic battlefield. The primary protagonist is a figure of sheer malevolence. Drawing from Aizen Sosuke’s insurmountable intellect and strategic prowess as well as Subaru Natsuki’s immortality, symbolizing unbreakable devotion in achieving his dreams of creating a society that… well I’d say more but I REALLY REALLY REAAAALLLLYYYYYYYYYYY want to publish this, so I simply cannot elaborate further, but within Gungnir, the themes and messages are tied to the innate human desire to become ascendant and superior, as well as love, loss, tragedy, immense and profound deravity and cruelty, KZbin would ban this comment if I even tried to describe the graphic content. Nevertheless, I realized that the primary antagonist I have created 6 years ago, Jermaine Hugr, the infinitely manipulative and cunning scholar and astrologist turned vicious tyrant, shares A LOT of similarities with Fang Yuan. Fang Yuan is actually so fcking well written he makes me doubt me own work, despite dedicating 6 years of my life for this story, as well as many others such as USA 2044, Open Up, and Requiem of a Virgo Fantasy. At my core I am an artist, I’m not very intelligent, but I believe I have a unique enlightened perspective when it comes to creating parallels and tragedy, I haven’t lived a happy life, and I’m truly grateful for it! Because I would’ve never become this wise if not! Truly, this is a wonderful novel, and I will surely grow from it. Incredibly, wonderful.
