The reality is singing groups are a JOB… not summer camp. If it’s gonna be a camp then BAND CAMP would be the closest to that. Bc you have a whole JOB TO DO NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL. ITS WORK through the pain and your butt hurt emotions..period. Only the emotionally strong and the mentally competent survive. Farrah is NOT INTROVERTED AT ALL. More like a very childish passive aggressive type that pouts and tries/tried to use passive aggressive techniques to sabotage things when she couldn’t get her way. She used her feelings and emotions instead of pulling up her big girl britches and putting on that professional hat and being a PRO. And getting that platform and bag! At the end of the day, they ultimately/mistakenly selected a bratty child like girl who also was use to having all the attention rather finding a professional and THATS what went wrong. Farrah was not professional in the least and her passive aggressive moody bad temperament and her willingness to sabotage the image by being on camera acting the way she did was why she was BOOTED. She looked the part but she mentally was no where near the part. She was upset that she couldn’t do things her way, she was upset that some things seemed unfair, she was upset that Michelle talked behind Beyoncés back to her and seemed to side with Farrah behind closed doors but on camera Michelle’s enthusiastic professionalism turned ON, leaving Farrah to feel emotionally incompetent, isolated and left out. She was too emotionally immature to grow up and see the bigger picture like Michele did. She thought she could turn Michelle against the two others and click up and Michelle was just too smart to go down that path. Once they saw that Farrah was a passive aggressive type that like to cause issues, passively lie and attempt to sabotage things by her constant disappearances and bad antics, they saw the same traits as the other two girls they fired and knew they needed to get the cancer out the group before it spiraled yet again. I think they realized the magic number would have to be three instead of four where girls can click up and act out. Farrah was a young fool who literally had a once in a life time opportunity in the palm of her hand which she didn’t even have to audition to have. That would never happen in regular times. And we know her nor Michelle would’ve made the cut had they went through a regular audition yo against REAL TALENT. They were just beyond lucky at that moment in life and Michelle was smart enough to take her rare opportunity and make the best of it. She was an awkward fit physically but aesthetically she looked amazing in the group. So did Farrah. And had Farrah the cognitive to truly grasp the opportunity she was so passively throwing out the window, she WOULDNT have went on to become nothing but a trampy loose blackout drunkard. All we’ve seen her doing the last 15yrs is getting sloppy drunk at parties every night and waking up in peoples yards. I kid you not. We have a bestfriend in common. Her life is that of a frat guy. She clearly never deserved a single day with Destiny Child. Her immaturity level is truly mental. She is a whole adult child. She tried to drink and sleep her lifetime regrets away with every sip but the bigger Destiny Child became, the more she woke up and realized what her childishness and listening to mindless people in her circle destroyed. She was a fool to ever think she’d have an opportunity bigger than Destiny Child just because she was another pretty face or even anything as equal. Truth be told, all the ex members (and their parents) went on to live with unfathomable regrets as they realized slowly the petty bs they let separate them from becoming apart of the world biggest most successful singing group. I understand. I don’t think I’d be able to stomach such a loss either. I hope Farrah gets into AA and sticks with it one day.

Farrah was uncomfortable because she just had to follow and show up. It was basically how it was for LeToya and LaTavia but far worse, because she was a new member. Imagine if the depression got to them the same way it happened to Florence Ballard of The Supremes. Beyoncé was as lucky or if not luckier than Diana Ross that people will not remember the things they did to their band mates. This is the main reason why they gave Michelle solos since it was so evident how there was no actual group dynamic in Destiny's Child.

I think the real problem was that Farrah was strikingly beautiful and you can’t have one stand.out over the LEAD! Even if she couldn’t sing as well as Beyoncé people would have gravitated toward Farrah because she was prettier than Beyoncé so… of course Matthew and Beyoncé AND Kelly made her feel uncomfortable, that was on purpose! Think about it, Latoya and Farrah were gorgeous and prettier than Beyonce. Michelle with her non-singing self was just happy to have a gig!
