Farrah was uncomfortable because she just had to follow and show up. It was basically how it was for LeToya and LaTavia but far worse, because she was a new member. Imagine if the depression got to them the same way it happened to Florence Ballard of The Supremes. Beyoncé was as lucky or if not luckier than Diana Ross that people will not remember the things they did to their band mates. This is the main reason why they gave Michelle solos since it was so evident how there was no actual group dynamic in Destiny's Child.

Actually, those are edited parts. Farrah left during the Chicago taping during the time the remaining members were at the radio interview. This is the time Farrah needed to go home because her family had issues, but she had only one day off and they basically told her that She can go without a luggage so she will not miss her flight. However, during the time her luggage will come back home, they will be at tour. They literally bullied her, made her leave hospital and confronted her about it by screaming at her, so she left. So the management had all of this edited to appear as if she was irresponsible...

I mean if you remember literally DC popped up with these 2 new members out of no where in the middle of the promotion of an album. All of this was very quickly done to try to minimize the damage to the group's image. She was thrust into a situation that she probably was not mentally prepared for and was uncomfortable. She didn't have time to catch up and they didn't have time to slow slow down for her to adjust. Michelle either dealt with it better or was better at hiding it. I don't think they were necessarily rude to her. They had an established money making machine that they were trying to keep going and she just wasn't adjusting quick enough so they had to let her go. In the grand scheme of things she missed out on making a significant amount of money but she was just going to be another background prop. I love DC and Beyonce but this group was literally built for her by her father as the manager. She was groomed to be the face and breakout star.

I see through it all. Beyoncé knew that Farrah didn’t like her/how she lead the group. Farrah tried to get one of the girls (likely it was Michelle) on her side but their loyalty was with Beyoncé. When Beyoncé seen that Farrah Iil coup wasn’t working, she went on the offense. How? She initiated group activities (like this singing in the limo) to make Farrah feel isolated and excluded- which wore on her emotions. This was very passive aggressive imo. But that’s what happens when you try to cross the lead. See, they wanted four girls, but I think they realized that everytime they added a fourth person, there was a power struggle. I see wrong on all parties sides. They all played that passive aggressive game against Farrah- and Farrah not innocent. If she would have got the chance, she would have tried to do the same to Beyoncé.
