For sure the Africans would have work permits , right. From the local constabulary no doubt. 1000 baht per night permits. And new diseases “come” free.

they claim to be working as "Tour Guides", many hotels make you sign a disclaimer if you take them back. I've chatted to a few over the years but never any more than that.

Jeesh 15 yr ago soi 8 and 7 were the best roads to visit .. they look like a ghost street now apart from Sailor bar and use to stay in the hotel opposite .. such a shame

Some things have improved, some have worsened. Pattaya is changed in the last years. 15 year ago there were only "farang". Now there are many Indian and china people. This is good for Pattaya
