For sure the Africans would have work permits , right. From the local constabulary no doubt. 1000 baht per night permits. And new diseases “come” free.

they claim to be working as "Tour Guides", many hotels make you sign a disclaimer if you take them back. I've chatted to a few over the years but never any more than that.
