Ok. I was afraid to be hurt. I see there are a lot of injuries in BJJ. But I'm going to try.

You find your weaknesses right away. For me it was ankles and core strength. The thing I do like about BJJ is its an equalizer, I have been submitted by older men, college age women etc. Technique will beat strength almost every time. It forces you to think about your actions by realizing the consequences that follow. I'd recommend you give it a shot, most gyms will give you a free week trial.

Shout out to the person that has foreseen the scenario. Kimono wrap..... genius:))) I've been looking at this for an hour now, still debating where the sequence starts or is it even completely on video. Execution flawless granted, but I already love the mastermind:)

I need the classic t in like a heather blue or purple. 🙃 I also need to get the cool gi street pants before August. Sitting in a stadium for hours and days, I’m going to want something comfy with pockets. 🙃
@brittanywilliams1941Ай бұрын
Also, you should do a “who wore it best, men vs women edition”. You look cool and all, but Heather ( @gracegracieworld ) and Christine ( @ctfit ) rock the Epic Roll look flawlessly. I’d love to see the votes!

100% I wear the gi street pants all the time! We are making custom ones for Eddie Bravo actually! He liked them so much! They are becoming a trend for sure!

I get it. Best option is don’t get caught 😂.. but if I showed the entire escape in a longer video, it would make sense. Each step creates more room for your neck, and if you keep really good posture, it also reduces the stress on the neck. There is a sixth step as well if their legs are still locked, but this covers 99%

Lets learn from this kids.....if you want to have longivity, dont go doing stupid things. Thosr knee joints will be snapped in 2seconds,messing your life up.

Are you saying that this escape will hurt your knees?
@ensirakor3063Ай бұрын
I use this all the time. It works great and doesn't put stress on your knees. I don't think you know what you have written
@ssyankee121Ай бұрын
You need to put your knees thru a lil more healthy adversity if this is too much
@epicrollbjjАй бұрын
@@ensirakor3063same! It’s the defense even Craig Jones would show!
@epicrollbjjАй бұрын
@@ensirakor3063yeah. I can see how someone might look at it and think it will hurt your knees, but it’s really pretty easy. I do it and I have pretty limited flexibility and mobility issues from 20 years of jits, but I can still easily do this escape
