I mean for what I ultimately wanted then yea a little but.... But for what the setup was then no I wasn't disappointed at all. For what it was it was a great setup. I still have it looking for the right car to put it in..

Did you ever end up finding lights for this? The default color is fucking disgusting and I wanna change it asap.

Dude sadly there isn't and this is why. It's not the color of the dash lights. There is a green shield or laminate coating behind the cluster. So when I changed it shit was still green. Despite putting all blue bulbs in. The only light section that doesn't are the directionals. So these are blue in my truck. But everything else is the same color on the dash because of that film. Only other way is to use the back panel from the Mercury mountaineer. That one had a white backdrop. And didn't have the green film on the backside. The bulbs in that truck are the color it displays. Whereas the explorer are white bulbs with the green film coating on it. Definitely stupid. So I never bothered...

@@chase68wilson52 so if your going to change the film change it to clear. There is a green film meaning no matter the bulb color it'll stay green. I'll repost when I check the bulb size at work now

The Rockville db45 it's right on they website or Amazon.. thats bridged in stereo AB and my subs are the Goliath amp.. sounds better in person than video but knocks regardless

212 Predator Engines are the cheapest reliable good engines but the duromax 16 horsepower is the best engine for a Yerf-Dog go-kart just the right torque for an adult top speed 60 miles an hour on a 60 tooth sprocket

I do agree that Duramax engines are really good. I hadn't known much of them when I posted this video. Nonetheless I've since purchased a 16 horsepower motor yet to use it though.. was contemplating dual motors for my yerfdog spider box.

Love the ride height… I have the exact same yerf and I wanna put 16 tall on the front. I’m wondering if I cut out the corners of the drain and wield in a flat corner, do you think it’ll fit? I’d love to exstend the front like you did, but I bet that was some work

It wasn't to much work to get it that way.. few cuts & welds. I had even tweaked it since that video but everything works great and totally changed that cart maken it look so much beefier & solid.. and does handle much better .. so aside from looks it did add to the driveability & handling
