My era of starting to ride. Happy daze. Had a ZZR600, YZF750 and then, in 1998 an R1. My claim to fame is that I was the first person in the UK to write an R1 off. 🤦♂️ Current stable has an RVF400, ZZR600 and a Ducati Panigale. I still miss the bikes of the 90s.

Don't get me wrong... I LOVE 90's bikes, but ergonomic and comfortable, they were not for taller riders. Which is a pity because they are absolutely beautiful.

I was there😂 got my license in 88. Had subscriptions to all the mags. Sport rider, cycle world,etc. owned zx6,fzr1k, gpz750,rf900r,cbr600's. Few others. Yes this was before abs and all the nannies😂 golden era for sure. These days i putt around on hopped up sportsters and a vrod. Love riding. Thank you for your content

Great vid, my first bike was a 93 katana 600 in 94, got hit on it in 97. Then in 98 I bought a 97 GSXR 600, wanted the 750 but got a good price fir a used 600. I still have it, has 32k miles on it. been sitting about 15 years. I currently ride a 07 m109r. Oh and it's pronounced SHRAD not S- RAD

Very nice, thank you. '90s bikes are my thing. Not that strange, I'm 72... Currently I own a VFR750F, 4th gen, from 1996 and a K1200GT. The latter is a '05 model, however the design goes back to '97 when BMW introduced the new K1200 series. And as such this '05 model still is a '90s bike... The fastest BMW at that time, yet slow in comparison to the Super Blackbird and the Hayabusa.

About what you say at 14:59, Your issue with the algorithm is that your video is like 97% cuts from other videos and only a few dozen seconds are actually filmed by you, I understand you couldn't go back in time and film bikes in the 90s, but you can for example do a picture in picture format or something like that, also get rid of that copyright disclaimer at the beginning, it does nothing legally and it just makes you look unprofessional. The algorithm looks at bits of the video without actually watching the video like a human would, so a video with 97% remixed content and that copyright disclaimer makes your video equal to all the other automated Indian spam videos, even tho it's really not. Don't take it negatively, it was a great video I watched till the end and liked, just trying to help you understand the behind the scenes mechanisms here, as I believe you deserve more success for the quality work you are putting in. And also, keep going, no one reached millions of subscribers overnight :)

FZR1000 track video at Summit Point in West Virginia with all the crazy pavement patching it used to have. I completely forgot MotorWeek tested motorcycles. My friends and I were so excited for the CBR900RR even if most of us couldn't afford it. One detail I remember is that the shift lever was direct but the footpeg was designed to make it easy to put a lever on it and use a linkage for GP shift pattern. '85 (GSXR) - '98 (R1, R6) was an amazing time.

I have on actually. An 01 classic. The first one post fixing teething problems. Upside downies too. Even now, it can hold its own. The newer ones have more power, yes, and pull away from mine, but she still holds her own on the twisties.

I have a few: 1998 Suzuki GSXR750 SRAD 1999 Suzuki TL1000R 2001 Kawasaki ZX12R A2 1990 Kawasaki ZXR750 H2 1991 Honda VFR750 RC36 1991 Honda CBR1000F 1999 Honda CBR900RR Fireblade Love them all.. What an awesome collection! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. There will be more! And about the Kawasaki's - I'm getting a lot of feedback about me leaving out the 750, so I think I'm going to have to make a video about it. I'm currently in the works on a video about Kawasaki's history and need for speed!

Honda Blackbird did use a ram air system, Lots of wrong information given in this video about the bikes.
@iang682 сағат бұрын
The Blackbird got ram air in 1999 when it went from carbs to injection. First few years it didn't have it. Guess the reviewer is referring to earlier bikes.

love the 90' so was excited about it but the content is incomplet seems more fan boy of some bike than going over all the importante one from the era... a lot of mistake too and u cant do 90' without gsxr 1100 90-92 (most popular bike by far at the time sorry for the fzr even if i had 2) . zxr750 90 to 94 is nowhere on your show but was a hit big time, duc 916 too, zx6r revolution the 600, owned most of those bikes best of the 90' were cbr in 92, gsxr 750 in 96, r1 in 1998.

As someone who's raced motoX, enduro, supermoto, and production superbikes. Who's owned buttloads of new superbikes. I can honestly say VMAX is THE KING. You just don't know how much fun you're missing and how gay your current bike is until you've had a VMAX. Nothing is better. And the new one sucks compared to the old one, not in the hunt...

In the 80s, i had the first real sport bike. an 86 GSXR 750. In the 90s I had an SRAD for a short time before the Italians got their hands into my wallet. The 96 Ducati 916 was my ride until the Panigale 1199R, that didn't adhere to the 300kmh ''agreement''))) And now my current ride is a 23 Panigale V4S.Side note: The V4S is the first Duc that doesn't always feel like it wants you dead. Other than being a furnace that boils its rider, it's got a lot of feeling and manors at the track.

That sounds like a thrilling assortment of bikes you've owned and ridden! I'm still working on building up my different riding experiences. Thanks for the comment! Maybe I should do a video on Ducati?
