Good evening my friend. Hope all is well. I can honestly say I have never tried Poutine yet, but would love to someday. Do not see it here in the USA much. They sure do look good though :) Out of all the ones you have tried, which place has the BEST Poutine you ever had? And what makes a Poutine so good? In a real poutine, the cheese curds are not supposed to melt. If they melt, it means the cheese is not fresh or of poor quality. The cheese should make a "squick squick" sound in your mouth.

They should have used the strips instead of the crunch, they could have kept the price point much lower. Also, you can get 4 original recipe, 4 Strips, fries and 2 sides for 20$ in Edmonton. A much better bang for your buck
