It's an ancient bowed string instrument from long before the violin etc. was invented. It's called "Tagelharpa", which comes from the old Norse word "tagel", which means horse hair. I love the ancient, primal and dark sound of it. 🔥😊

I need this to be turned into an entire song. Wow! I grabbed the mp3 and played it over itself 12 semitones down and made a basic loop. I have no idea how to make 'music' in normal programs (was using audacity lol) but this is great! Sounds like LOZ:TOTK

Thank you, this is a type of flute called "tin whistle". It's very often used in Irish/Celtic music, and I think it sounds great for that fantasy vibe too. 😊

I immediately knew what that was when I heard it. I did a research paper on the Clarinet because I played during college. Most beautiful sounding family of instruments. The Clarion the other half of the Clarinet is just as bright and chipper as the upper octaves of the Clarinet.

I love the sound of this, it's harder to tame than a modern clarinet, but man, all open holes means there's so much expressivity you can add into every single note and transition. The main downside is the lack of range. But I find that 1,5 octaves is enough for most melodies and harmonies anyway. 😊
