I still really love the Honey Badger range especially after there Tanto release. Would you ever consider doing a D2 sharpening video for the channel as I hear it's hard to sharpen D2 and want to see if my Lansky 5 stone deluxe will get a D2 hair shaving sharp

That blade coating is holding up amazingly well. My knives are often carried but never used so I cannot test them myself, but yours are lasting really well.

Yes, the coating is doing a great job holding up. I think the coating is around 90 HRC so it takes a beating well. However once it wears badly its hard to look at. Will probably do a sand and stone wash finish when that day comes.

Nice knife. You mentioned it cost more in South Africa because it has to be imported. Well I live in the US and the knife has to be imported here as well. It's made in China. However at the rate the US Government is possible g off China & Russia to name a few. Soon it will likely cost 10 times more in the US if we can still get them at all. "Go BRICS"

Add some cotton tobacco pipe cleaners to your knife cleaning kit. They work well to get fluff out the handle for the days where you don't want to disassemble completely just to get fluff out that is stuck on the inside of the liners due to a bit of oil.
