Anything yogi bhajansaid is psychobabble. Don’t appropriate sikh culture and sikh scripture. Sikhs don’t do yoha and they don’t recite their bhajans as mantras with silly mudras and outrageous claims.

Guruji talks about how tis worked for Yogi Bhajan. This is not a space for the "truth sayers" to interject. I'm really curious. And this question has nothing to do with YB. Has this kriya brought answers for anyone who has done this kriya? Let me know. I personally love this kriya and it's really good for your spine. Also... Let's think about this energetically and I'll also relate this to my own practices (and that I've done with other teachers) - The Shiva movement - Shiva is the bestower of any request. He does not differentiate between "good" and "bad". You ask for it? Prepare to get it. if it causes chaos for you... it's because you weren't specific enough or greedy. Shiva is also the God of all Yogis. The second move - Great for the spine. Will unblock any stuck energy. Feet rooted into Earth. Earth = security. Everything comes from Earth. Third move. Reaching out to "grab" all that you want. Well that makes sense. You're telling the universe - I have a desire and believe I can have it. And so it is." When I am in the dark... I use this and it brings me light and clarity.

I have done this practice and mantra multiple times over and over. And this has ever showed the grace of the Universe through connecting With Guru Ram Das. Every thing showed up, while I was given my Car a New engine and a free rental. I did not expect this even while there was doubts through the fact that they won't give me a replacement from the warranty. So one day I get a call after weeks of looking into and during this time I was applying this practice.... they called and said " Hello sir, so about your car out of good will we would like to give you a replacement for your vehicle with a new engine and not only that a free car rental ". A beautiful practice. Believe it or not. This has changed my way of practicing kundunli yoga, SAT NAM

You guys have questions. Fine. Just do it. If it does not work, try something else. Exercise is good for you. Look, you ever wonder where this stuff comes from? Studying animals? Spare me. Too complex, too moving. Messages corrupt over time. I don't follow alterations of the old ways. So much yoga, so little time. Sikhs have a history of losing books. When the murder cult invaded, they destroyed universities. So how is the knowledge held? Caves in the mountains? Everywhere on Earth the Devil will seek you out. What remains of the high cultures from before the last Flood? If it manifests in physical form it is a target, and doomed at the hands of wealth and power. So it is not held here.
