I find it interesting how lowering the pitch makes the LCD refresh rate slow down

That’s circuitry for you! I’d imagine the hz of the refresh rate affects the pitch, or vice versa. It makes a little bit of sense - why have two separate frequency generators if you can just use one of them for 2 functions?

I went well beyond this. I circuit bent my own brain. Now I slur words, change pitch when talking and vomit on strangers. It’s rad but I get headaches on occasion.
