Wow....how screwed up am I that I feel like none of those ideas would work for me? They're either not rewarding enough because I lack interest in them or money is SO tight that I can't afford regular things even under $5. Good tips, but yeah...not sure any work for me unfortunately.

Really lovely insightful Video - I am currently preparing for my No buy 2025 AND this video has been very helpful. £150 on coffee a month sounded too high to me - TBH i judged, I stopped drinking coffee last year, but lets not talk about my book and skin care habits! Point is - I will apply honest to my spending! New Subbie!

I like a mix of both your videos! However, I have seen you make bread and bagels several times, so something different in the kitchen or around the home would be nice to share. Such as your goal of making your home bright and airy. How will you do that? PS I think your home looks lovely anyway!

@maggie.rainwater7 ай бұрын
I didn’t think it was un-aesthetic at all! It is good to see realistic routines as someone who also has a 9-5 (or 8-5 in my case lol). I have also been struggling to journal lately and I like your idea of doing a couple of self-care things every day rather than HAVING to journal every day. I have missed seeing your content! Thanks for sharing and hope you’re doing great!

Hi! Amazing how fast 4 hrs can slip by! Love that you allow yourself to start the morning slow and indulge in simple self care. I’ll never be a morning person (I’ve tried for years) but it’s good to have a routine that works for you. You always inspire me to look at things differently and I use it to do what works for me. Thats the beauty of any routine. Thanks SJ!

I look forward to the next update when you feel like sharing. Hi Sarajane! I've been listening to your podcasts for a couple years now and decided to reach out to you after I heard your life update podcast episode today! I just wanted to say thank you so much for the uplifting presence you've had in my life through the years. It was very inspiring to hear your process of making this decision. I've had a few hobbies in my life that turned into chores when there was too much pressure and expectations attached to them. You are very wise and brave to make this decision and I (and I'm sure many other supporters of your business) am so excited for you! Warm wishes as you embark on this new adventure and continue moving closer to your true and genuine self. -Megan

You don't need any fancy sauerkraut weights. Just take a zip lock bag (or something similar), fill it with small stones and water or just water, knot it closed, disinfect the outside and use that as a weight. That's what my mother and grandmother did and what I also do when I need a fermentation weight.

The imitation vanilla being made from beaver glands is true. Ish. So it used to be how they made it but it became illegal because it was seen as animal abuse. Now it’s just made with different chemicals. That’s cool how you make yours though. I may need to try this!
