Thank you, it was scientifically fun to watch! How about sound latency-has it improved since the early Headrush Core or Headrush Prime versions? With a Clone amp, an IR and an FX, users claimed it exceeded 15ms (in the non - Flex units) and many of us are sensitive to that. It's the only thing holding me back from purchasing this unit.
@DoctorMcFarlandStudiosКүн бұрын
I haven no idea about 15ms of anything. Its all working fine for my ears.

Thank you for your response! I understand that it might not be an issue for everyone’s ears, but it's more about how it feels during playing, especially with fast-paced soloing. Even Andertons Music mentioned a slight sense of disconnectedness in their review of the Headrush Core, which many of us have noticed. Anyone could confirm the actual lag when comparing the processed signal to a dry direct one? - to get a better sense of how it behaves, it might have been fixed with firmware.

You may find that the reverbs breathe a lot more on the Core/Prime than on the Flex. There’s more high end “air” in the larger units. This is due to the difference in components. If you are using the front input of the amp then stop :). If you have an amp model in the headrush going into the front end of an amp then that won't sound all that great because you are doubling the preamp sound. Are you changing the actual block that has Chorus to Tremolo? You will need to add two separate blocks, each with their own fx. Otherwise you can use the block channels and assign Chorus to channel A and Tremolo to channel B. Hope that helps.

@DoctorMcFarlandStudios11 күн бұрын
This has been my work around as well. For delay and reverb you can't really use block presets without getting that gap. For amps and drive pedals it would be amazing to switch block presets to change amps so it works similar to Fractal using one amp block but can use up to 4 channels and its gapless. Now if you keep the same amp but make a different block preset with higher gain or different settings then there is no gap so that is great.

So if you have some saved block settings, for that effect, they are right there.

I love the new scene feature. Kemper did something siliar to this. Instead of having a bunch of scenes using up all 8 buttons you can condense things with just a few buttons. For expample, a chorus pedal might be used for both clean and dirty sounds. Instead of having a clean scene, a clean chorus sound, a rock sound and the a rock sound with chorus. I can achieve all this with just two scenes and one chorus pedal. I do get what some are saying but I enjoy this feature. There are work arounds for everything, just gotta think outside the box.

experienced the issue that you brought up in this video, having this issue limits using scenes with stompbox footswitching and just became more of a tap dance, which negates having scenes. Reverted to using all scenes on my preset and just accepted that for now, giving up some functionality when using scenes. Prior to scenes being available in the TMP, used the parameter change option in the footswitch assign modes, worked just as well as scenes, albeit limited to the number of slots available for parameter changes on the footswitch.
