While, in fact there are 3 to 4 main cases that are different from and unrelated to each other, and each of them has different people involved. Burning Sun Scandal was invented by a proven, finalised convicted sexual harasser Kim Sang-Kyo who was found poked a woman's waist and hip area from her back with his hands and a water bottle without her consent and guess what, he has been the whole SK beloved hero because people like y'all here don't care at all about his crimes. Since y'all love to mention Seungri name so much, his case ACTUALLY has nothing to do with those heinous stuff that you've been hearing so far. The only proven guilt of him by courts was just GAMBLING, the rest were POOR evidence or NOT proven at all (the burden of proof was on the Prosecution's hand but they failed yet they won just because of the whole corrupted SK justice system). The perpetrator of prostitution mediation (NOT s*x trafficking, bear in your mind that the 2 terms have different definitions in English and even Koreans don't know how to translate words correctly, 성매매 알선 in his case means prostitution mediation, because there was no any coercive element was involved) was his business partner, YOO IN-SEOK WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE and this fact was ESTABLISHED in courts by most of the Prosecution's witnesses. And there was NO any child/minor prostitutes involved! Y'all just read/hear nonsense. And the prostitution services ordered by Yoo wasn't happened at Burning Sun Club nor had any relationship to the club. The BBC video is just another big bs like your video. And people like y'all don't care either about these 5 people but only Seungri, Seungri, Seungri. And fyi, the most latest update is Jung Joon-young was spotted in a club in France by trying to approach some women there but like usual, y'all still don't really care.
