The fact that quinfall couldn't handle 6k players for several days is not a good sign, they went for savings lol. And i think the game can last at least a year, and then it will be closed, having many players for a mmorpg is too important. keep in mind they couldn't manage servers with 6k players wth

yeah i enjoyed beta testing wow but they super simplified it after launch then they completely removed defence tanking and made it just heal and HP stacking so i went to play CoH never went back to wow

quinfall isnt pay to win its pay to hoard you cant get better gear from cash shop than from the world which is what pay to win means. for me at least but i guess im old

That's what I would more describe it as or pay for convenience but I think the definition changes like crazy sometimes. I've seen some people even state they believe cash shop cosmetics are P2W in games. I guess its subjective but that's definitely not my point of view.

It's not paid/sponsored. If it was I would label it. No one I've known has been paid so far, but if they did offer it in the future (not to make excuses but to just make vids/etc) I totally would. Being sponsored to cover something you're already enjoying sounds like a win to me. I spent about $75-100 of my own money on v coins so far to buy the outfits/etc.

Totally understand and it wouldn't be the first time I've covered a game that many didn't like. It's pretty common for me actually, I guess I'm easy to please and one of the ones able to enjoy things others don't. Either way, I'm genuinely having fun with the grind. I totally understand if people unsub or think less of my opinion from it though.

Right now I am waiting queue for 2 - 3 hours everyday if the server is not crashed or restarted, so you re-queue again and sometimes you still get timeout error, and when you get inside of the game even there is noone around huge sudde lag spikes, or just worse lags - high ping non-stop, for example in dungeons some of mobs or even boss are not even appearing... Main problem is that their server capacity is very less; but this game does not have a huge community to play it and yet the servers are full already!!! Yesterday thy have mentioned that thy gonna merge EU-1 and EU-2 soon once thy fix the server problems lol...

I'm currently working on breeding and pet upgrading between streams and a PVP/dungeon vid I have planned tonight, but I really want to get into farming & animal raising. Will probably be a lot easier once I move all my stuff over to the desert over the next few days.

Really tired of all those whiners about game's not playable etc etc. Normal stuff that happen to AAA companies in much bigger scale. Cause of all those nasty trolls game might not make it. Not playing the game, not even interested to play it but just sick of that current culture, game is not even out and receives a pile of bad reviews...

I think POE2 Is a gold standard to which most developers and modelers should look at when it comes to transparency and communication. They almost over communicated what was happening and why and we got updates almost hours if not more frequently. If this was done I think public perception of the game would have slightly changed especially on the review side of things

What does Code 2 error mean? I bought the game 2 days ago but couldn't play as i kept on getting kicked. Decided to wait a day, then i heard they opened new servers but still couldn't play because I'm getting code 2.

@@ryuno2097 I haven’t seen that one yet. Usually people get code 1. You might need to verify your game cache or uninstall/reinstall. Hopefully that fixes it but if not, I think the devs on discord will need to know

well, if they ever figure the servers out they will have a laundry list of stuff to tweak and right after. A lot of these systems need touch ups.

AoC has a lot of players paying to play the game right now. Not sure how many there are but seems like their servers are able to handle pretty well. I'm sure they'll get the server fulls, disconnects and stuff on release day since it has a lot of hype around it but i don't think it'll be as bad as Quinfall. Classic WoW had server issues but they never expected they'll get over millions of players playing on day 1.

Still experiencing intermittent lag and server restarts as we speak but the situation (overall) seems to be improving as the days progress. Fingers crossed that this time next week the game will be fully stable!

Ty for the vid! If you got time i just wanted to ask why you'd go from double axes to hammer and what are your thoughts on both for pve/pvp. And last question : you seem to want to stay in "light armor", what combination do you do? What piece is light and what is heavy in your build? Ty for the vids tho.

@ At first I did it because the dual axe started having a noticeable lack of CC in level 40-50+ PVP, but I've been doing some testing again with it and I think the warhammer is a better farming weapon in PVE post 50+. The freezing hammer strike is really nice and you have two hard hitting aoe abilities to follow up with + spins to stay out of the mobs hit range while damaging them. The main reason I switched though is the warhammer has group wide damage and defense buffs it can provide. and an entire cleansing slam that gets rid of debuffs from everyone. I think its going to be suuper useful for world bosses.

They just need to get rid of the lines of light that follow behind your weapon strikes it’s too much. The action combat looks fun though how does it compare to new world. New world action combat is addictive.

This is ridiculous. There is no strategy in the combat. Scene after scene of fighting dozens of little flashy critters like a cheap ass mobile game. The game should come with a warning, ‘not suitable for children over 12 years of age’. This game really is beneath you SM, think about it for a day, and give it up.

@@speedymccreedy8785 I already did. It was very much the same in BDO but that was part of the appeal. Just mindlessly grinding on mobs with flashy action combat. This game doesn’t have near the polish of bdos combat but it has the essence and that’s part of what has me addicted. Some of the other is the amount of content it has already vs what they still have planned through the roadmap. But I ultimately think of it like this, for 20 bucks what would I be playing right now instead of this. I’d probably be semi-bored out of my mind trying to climb ranked in marvel rivals on magneto (I do love my mag though) waiting for an interesting fresh mmo to come along and probably prepping for Kcd2, which Ill probably play at some point for sure. But right now instead, I’m getting that old mmo addicting feel I’ve been craving!

the one question I have, and I don't want to sound like a moron, is how do you know if the mob you are attacking is melee/range/magic other than their skin? because I've already come across a sword wielder who I thought "ok, melee" and on the first round of attacks they used ranged?
