Still experiencing intermittent lag and server restarts as we speak but the situation (overall) seems to be improving as the days progress. Fingers crossed that this time next week the game will be fully stable!

Ty for the vid! If you got time i just wanted to ask why you'd go from double axes to hammer and what are your thoughts on both for pve/pvp. And last question : you seem to want to stay in "light armor", what combination do you do? What piece is light and what is heavy in your build? Ty for the vids tho.

@ At first I did it because the dual axe started having a noticeable lack of CC in level 40-50+ PVP, but I've been doing some testing again with it and I think the warhammer is a better farming weapon in PVE post 50+. The freezing hammer strike is really nice and you have two hard hitting aoe abilities to follow up with + spins to stay out of the mobs hit range while damaging them. The main reason I switched though is the warhammer has group wide damage and defense buffs it can provide. and an entire cleansing slam that gets rid of debuffs from everyone. I think its going to be suuper useful for world bosses.

This situation does make me wonder if people will react the same way when Ashes of Creation releases/if this happens.Then again, not sure if it will be releasing on steam.

AoC has a lot of players paying to play the game right now. Not sure how many there are but seems like their servers are able to handle pretty well. I'm sure they'll get the server fulls, disconnects and stuff on release day since it has a lot of hype around it but i don't think it'll be as bad as Quinfall. Classic WoW had server issues but they never expected they'll get over millions of players playing on day 1.

There is a big difference of having a million players trying to log into a game like New world and 2,000 people trying to log into this game its not a server slammed issue

I think POE2 Is a gold standard to which most developers and modelers should look at when it comes to transparency and communication. They almost over communicated what was happening and why and we got updates almost hours if not more frequently. If this was done I think public perception of the game would have slightly changed especially on the review side of things

Right now I am waiting queue for 2 - 3 hours everyday if the server is not crashed or restarted, so you re-queue again and sometimes you still get timeout error, and when you get inside of the game even there is noone around huge sudde lag spikes, or just worse lags - high ping non-stop, for example in dungeons some of mobs or even boss are not even appearing... Main problem is that their server capacity is very less; but this game does not have a huge community to play it and yet the servers are full already!!! Yesterday thy have mentioned that thy gonna merge EU-1 and EU-2 soon once thy fix the server problems lol...

Also, with a lot of systems still in development. Why would they say they can get the game ready in 6 months or more if needed.

well, if they ever figure the servers out they will have a laundry list of stuff to tweak and right after. A lot of these systems need touch ups.

Definitely things that need tweaking. My top 2 are combat (PVE/PVP) and crafting but I could be forgetting something more important.

What does Code 2 error mean? I bought the game 2 days ago but couldn't play as i kept on getting kicked. Decided to wait a day, then i heard they opened new servers but still couldn't play because I'm getting code 2.

@@ryuno2097 I haven’t seen that one yet. Usually people get code 1. You might need to verify your game cache or uninstall/reinstall. Hopefully that fixes it but if not, I think the devs on discord will need to know

Really tired of all those whiners about game's not playable etc etc. Normal stuff that happen to AAA companies in much bigger scale. Cause of all those nasty trolls game might not make it. Not playing the game, not even interested to play it but just sick of that current culture, game is not even out and receives a pile of bad reviews...

Keep in mind that The developers of this game pay content creators and give rewards for them showing off the game (and make excuses)

It's not paid/sponsored. If it was I would label it. No one I've known has been paid so far, but if they did offer it in the future (not to make excuses but to just make vids/etc) I totally would. Being sponsored to cover something you're already enjoying sounds like a win to me. I spent about $75-100 of my own money on v coins so far to buy the outfits/etc.

@@sermedieval yes and they ban any content creator from their discord if they post a negative review but you just keep making excuses i bet you are sponsored/PAID to only report the good things all this DDOS stuff is BS and just to cover the fact they have very bad servers
