Boy is this true. I've been considering myself a Democrat my whole life but district attorney Glenn funk of nashville is so liberal he makes this joke absolutely hysterical to laugh at. But seriously he sucks and won't be getting my vote again. He has an awful catch and release policy and it's really ruined our city of nashville. Made it a crime ridden cesspool

There's no prediction. The joke is just that the Democrats are soft on crime, ergo Sideshow Bob will get out of prison when a Democrat becomes President. That's all.

You forgot that Simpsons perfectly predicted that choosing democrats means that black criminals won't face any consequences for their actions.
@VisonsofFalseTruths5 ай бұрын
@@drax065 I guess that means 48% of all people serving life without parole are actually innocent. They can’t be criminals if criminals don’t face consequences. Same goes for 30% of everyone on parole or probation. I mean, if they were criminals they wouldn’t be punished, right? So they must actually all be innocent. 41% of death row inmates, too; best let all those innocent men go. I mean, criminals don’t face consequences.

@@attiepollard7847 there’s a difference between republican voters and the people who actually, honestly believe he’s the second coming and/or the only man who can save them from gay communism or whatever. Voting for him is one thing but being willing to go to bat for him, being willing to actually fight for his honor or whatever the fuck, is actually crazy. THAT is what makes them bootlickers. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but most democrats don’t do that; the weirdos who get actually upset if you say mean things about our preferred flavor of Crypt Keeper-looking, octogenarian trust fund baby is a minority here. I’m not a fan of the fucking neoliberals either; if there were ever a republican candidate who didn’t seem to go out of their way to be repugnant, had a platform more interesting and plausible than “the opposite of whatever the democrat says” and didn’t tacitly support killing people like myself, they’d probably get my vote. But unfortunately one party wants me dead while the other just doesn’t care whether I die so really my choice is between a wet turd and a dry one. You can imagine which one I’d rather pick up with a cafe napkin.
@VisonsofFalseTruths4 ай бұрын
@@attiepollard7847 there’s a difference between just being someone who votes for him and being willing to kill if he asks. There’s a difference between the people who elected him because they thought he would do a good job and the ones who actually fully believe him to be the second coming of Jesus Christ and that only he can save them from woke gay commies or whatever culture war boogieman they’re scared of this week. THATS who the bootlickers are. Not normal people who voted for the guy, the unfortunately large minority who have fucking shrines to him in their house. That’s not normal behavior, or it shouldn’t be. If you look at what’s going on with his criminal trial and think “I can’t wait till Mr. Trump tells me to kill the demonrats,” you’re a bootlicker. For what it’s worth I don’t care much for Democrats either, by and large. They’re a bunch of fucking neoliberal corporate leeches who mostly pay lip service to leftist ideology at best while ignoring their own base in favor of trying to score fence sitters, or by some miracle sway republican voters. If ever a Republican candidate emerged who DIDN’T seem to be going out of their way to compete for World’s Biggest Douchebag, and who had a platform that consisted of something mire thorough than “own the libs” they might get my vote. Nikki Haley is decent, and she’s got fire in her; might go for her if realpolitik allows it. But realistically I have two choices in where my vote goes; one side actively wants me, as a queer man, dead and the other side is just indifferent when it’s not an election year. So there’s the options from my point of view; a wet turd or a dry one, and the dry one is at least easier to clean up.
