I like Nick, but he doesn't get it, maybe it's his naivety or his young age. It doesn't matter how many legit studies they have (There's already overwhelming evidence on meat based ketogenic diets) showing the benefits of low carb/carnivore/keto. They will never change the BS narrative that's being fed to us. The Trillions of dollars behind the BS will always be there, forcing the media & governments to stay the course, unless there's a major uprising, which will never happen, since they have normalized slavery and sickness. And he's 100% wrong that N of 1 is not scientifically significant. First of all It's actually N of millions, as we all know in this community, and secondly, no study on the planet means more then the actual reality of what happens to the millions of people, when they reverse every ailment known to man, with this way of living!

What I have recently learned is that you don’t need a doctors permission to get some sort of test run blood test. It won’t be covered by our insurance you’ll have to pay $100 or so to get it done, but there are local clinics in your neighborhood will do blood test for you and you don’t need your doctors permission to do it if you feel like you need a test for something you can just go ahead and do it even though you have to do out of pocket.

Patient: what’s wrong with me doc? Doctor: you have acute idiopathic potator disease. Patient: Sounds serious is there a cure? Doctor: No but I have some expensive pills you take for the rest of your life that will start a cascade of other illnesses requiring other medications that will ultimately kill you. Patient: Well what caused it? Doctor: We don’t know that. But it sounds cool in Latin hey?

When i was invited to see the nurse for a blood pressure check., i will do it at home about 30 mnts after i get up in the morning before i eat or drink anything at all. Take it 3 times with quiet mind and pick the lowest one usually 110/65. Then went to the surgery and shoot right up to 169/80. I will show the nurse what i took in the morning, she looked worry and i am not worry about that.
Question to Team GB: Are you going to stay silent when Media is bombing Britain with news that weight reducing injection should be provided to the NHS. Especially to the unemployed to help them to get back to work! As all carnivores (and those on VERY low carb lifestyle) know losing weight is magically easy. On the Today Programme on bbc radio4 this morning NOBODY even mentioned carbohydrates/sugars being addictive, just "food". Who of you in Britain is going to educate the media??? Somebody should question this "pharma is the answer to everything" attitude! And NHS is short of money already...
@CoachStephen2 күн бұрын
No we are not silent on this. It's shocking what's happening. I think we are pretty vocal about this but sadly we don't get the coverage as the whole thing is sown up. Pharma, government and media all in bed together.

QUESTION 300g fat? I assume this is NOT the weight of the fat on a scale as this is only 211g of fat. 300g of fat is 430g in weight. Minimum protein is what 70g (eg 280g in weight) ?? This equates to 85% of energy coming from fat and 15% from protein.
@CoachStephen3 күн бұрын
If you wanted to consume 100 grams of fat per day from an animal-based diet, the weight of the food on a scale would depend on the specific sources of fat you choose. Different animal products have varying fat contents. Here are a few examples: 1. Butter: 100 grams of butter contains approximately 81 grams of fat. 2. Lard: 100 grams of lard contains about 100 grams of fat. 3. Fatty cuts of meat: A 100-gram serving of 80/20 ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat) contains about 20 grams of fat. 4. Eggs: One large egg (50 grams) contains about 5 grams of fat. 5. Cheese: 100 grams of cheddar cheese contains approximately 33 grams of fat. To achieve 100 grams of fat, you would need to consume a combination of these and other animal-based fat sources. For example: - 50 grams of butter (40.5 grams of fat) - 200 grams of 80/20 ground beef (40 grams of fat) - 2 large eggs (10 grams of fat) - 30 grams of cheddar cheese (10 grams of fat) This combination would weigh approximately 280 grams on a scale and provide about 100 grams of fat. Keep in mind that this is just an example, and the actual weight of food needed to reach 100 grams of fat will vary based on your specific food choices.

@@Tee667you could try raw butter, it’s so much more delicious than pasteurised butter. I eat 4 eggs, 30-40 grams of butter, drink 1/2 liter of raw milk, have about 50-75gr of raw cheese, and about 300 grams of meat (chicken thighs, beef liver, beef, lamb meat, fatty fish)
@Dang_Lin-Wang3 күн бұрын
@@Tee667 If you can get it awesome, I get 50g beef fat shavings and fry them crispy I then add them to 30-40g bone marrow rendered down to make a dipping sauce for chuck steak. That's an easy way of adding a serious amount of fat. Cream is another..
