Hello i got invited to the recruitment event in Tunisia but I applied from my country Algeria and I actually can’t attend do I have another chance to apply again and get selected??

I went to the assessment and I got eliminated from the first step which is the presentation. I don't know why I spent a lot of money on my professional suite . And a lot of money on paperwork and then they don't even tell you why they eliminate you specially that I was the only person who is unemployed there. To be honest, the recruiter weren't professional at picking people. not just about me also other girls who are talented but they also got eliminated but I saw that they accept a lot of girls

So, I have some questions: 1) open day and assessment day: is it mandatory to take part in both, or at least one? I saw a video of an open day in Dubai where there was a presentation of the job, then the height test, finally the group discussion. If success one will be scheduled with the interview. So it seems that simply open day can give you access to interview. Am I right or wrong? 2) group discussion: this selection process seems so random to me: they ask for a personality that "is a natural team player and shines ": probably I possess these qualities, probably not. Can you explain more this ambiguous sentence? What are conditions that allow you to pass?
