Hi Mariam! Thank you for sharing your experience with us! It can radically alter our chances to succeed. So, I have some questions: 1) open day and assessment day: is it mandatory to take part in both, or at least one? I saw a video of an open day in Dubai where there was a presentation of the job, then the height test, finally the group discussion. If success one will be scheduled with the interview. So it seems that simply open day can give you access to interview. Am I right or wrong? 2) group discussion: this selection process seems so random to me: they ask for a personality that "is a natural team player and shines ": probably I possess these qualities, probably not. Can you explain more this ambiguous sentence? What are conditions that allow you to pass?

You need to submit all necessary documents in your final interview maybe attach the documents that you have as long as its higher than 12 grade

In my point of view what you need to know is, if you are more than 30 years old please don’t go or apply to this! That will be taking our age by telling us to register. Then after the first group activity they will eliminate you. Please don’t waste your time. Huge discrimination. Saw this in my eyes today.

I will remove them in this month but after my interview. As someone told me for assessment day its not a problem, if ı will be chosen they will ask me to remove them so please can you confirm this?
