you can order a core first system or have someone get it for you for Christmas. and do the SAME reformer KZbin workouts with the CF resistance bands. A one time purchase and makes you feel like you'er in a reformer class. - Holistic Movement's videos work WELL with the core first!

I got a text from a woman for the lifetime membership and I called her literally 3 minutes later and she was so rude "I already gave the membership away..." I froze my account a few months after I joined and apparently they canceled it... They told me to join I have to go back to level 1... even though I never worked out before I personally didn't find it challenging enough. Going to try once more and if it doesn't work I'm going somewhere else.

I just signed up for a free month trial of class pass which does offer Pilates. I am nervous about Pilates , so I did sign up for the free 30 min intro class, before I sign up for a Pilates class. So far from what I’ve seen on class pass the club Pilates near me only offers the 1.0 classes no 1.5 or 2.0 which I’m not too concerned about at the moment since I’m only a beginner, but I wonder how I’ll feel once I get more practice. Anyway, thanks for your video! Very informative :)

Hello, thank you for the video! I am curious if you were able to try the Krystal Cancun and Krystal Grand Punta Cancun side as well? I see 500 Google reviews for Grand Punta Cancun and 18000 reviews for Krystal Cancun. Would you recommend one side versus the other, or how do these two compare? Thank you!

Hi, there!...so I stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun. This property has 2 hotels in one. I stayed on the newer side (Altitude Tower). It was all inclusive with amazing views. The other hotel on this property is much older. You would enjoy altitude tower in Krystal Grand Cancun. I tend to like aesthetics more. You can walk back and forth to eat at both hotels as your all inclusive pass works for both.

I’m a loud Pilates instructor! 😂 you are not lying about the whispering! I think some instructors want a spa, zen vibe. I know I’m not the instructor for everyone, and I do appreciate your comment! So true!

I absolutely LOOOOVE club Pilates. Sounds like you had some subpar instructors. My instructors ask if anyone is new each class and they instruct on how to complete each move. Sorry your experience was different

Spending $200 a month or more for reformer is a SCAM that people do so they can feel superior. If your gym has mat Pilates classes included in membership, do that. Move With Nicole is also an excellent channel for mat routines. Don’t let these Instagram people trick you into handing over your money for something that is inferior to something that’s FREE. This lady is 100% right. You do not have to spend thousands a year to be fit.

I teach pilates. To a lot of people who are rehabbing their bodies and need an eye on them and someone with a complex understanding of anatomy. Pilates is far deeper and complex than reducing it to people with 'hot abs' on youtube trying to 'scam' people into memberships.

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOUR ASSESSMENTS. I JOINED A NEW CLUB PILATES IN MY COMMUNITY. I ACTUALLY LOVE THE REFORMER MACHINE HOWEVER THE INSTRUCTORS ARE VERY HANDS OFF 🤣
