Mgs1 at the beginning you can sneak into one of two vents. If you take the first vent you can get a cutscene of two guards talking but if you've already been discovered you get extra dialogue from the guards. In mgs3 you can snipe The End the very first time you see him being rolled out in a wheelchair. In mgsv you can take out power lines to cut power to certain buildings/outposts.

Not only did I love playing as Raiden, I also think that showing Snake as a mentor fleshed Snake out even more in an interesting way.
