after 1:35, they are flinging barbells overhead, that weigh more than me! I knew 50 years ago that women could be strong, but they exceed my wildest dreams!

They are using Metric plates/weights (IWF) instead of them US pounds stuff. Interesting.

Good clean and squat form along with the assistance work (bent rows, push ups, lunges) Strong team and looks like they're well coached in the weight room. Keep it up.
