It’s the little hole by the reset text, you are supposed to use a needle and keep it inside for about 20 seconds.

Guys, mine wasn't working too, and after some struggling and reading all the instructions book, I was about to give up. But then I just removed everything and put it back, and it worked. I wasn't expecting that anymore and then It even scared me, lol. Don't put it on the trash right away, do what I did and If isn't working even with that, there's a phone number of an assistant on the instructions book. Good luck!

I *think* I just bought the same panel from an Amazon third-party seller (UK) - around £6! The one I have seems to be an identical panel but the cable has an on/off switch and there was no stand in the box (only wires to hang it from a ceiling, which I won't be doing). These are used more for wound healing, pain and some say there can be eyesight benefits (for eyes I'd use it without goggles, with the panel about a foot away). Skincare too, though feedback is mixed (you can use LEDs closer to your face for skincare, I'd put the goggles on if you're nervous about your eyes being too close). (edit: Forgot to say, the cable I got not only has a switch but it is also a figure of 8 plug, not the typical desktop PC type connector).

Just had ours delivered, but it only seems to produce steam for literally five seconds and have to wait until the machine resets itself to produce steam again. Very frustrating.😢

I prefer their C-10 model. The C-18 farthest thumb button is out of reach for me unless I reposition my thumb - just to press it.

U R 100% right someone with massive thumb designed this mouse. Mine is still operational and I am very happy with it... apart form the "forward" button that is very very forward ;)

I got this mouse at the beginning of 2017.....i am still using it in a extreme heavy use case, i use it every day for video games where i need basically all of the buttons for my binds, Something the T-80 big mac got above everything else, extremely cheap and long lasting.
