Despite my feelings about some of the films featured in these cuts it is a good reminder of the sometimes transcendent beauty that cinematographers and effects team bring to films when framed this way. Lovely stuff.

It's funny, because this isn't really a movie I go to bat for or have passionate feelings about (the series, yes), but the song lyrics and the movie's story/themes engaged each other in my brain and I kind of had no choice but to officiate the marriage. That, and I really like the main character.

Blart side of the mall rivals the likes of end of evangelion, the joker, dune and Fantastic Mr Fox in terms of its symbolism, complex characters, epic fight scenes, and fantastic world building this is truly the movie of all time

@@cristopherrgd I'll consider it for something with a less narrow horizontal native aspect ratio; I find 2.39:1 is almost impossibly to satisfyingly crop to a vertical format. Perhaps if I did a video for a series that is native 4:3
