I work out 5-days. How long will it take to see some results? I do weights at least 3x's a week, is that enough?

Hi! Well, make sure you are wearing a coat and most places will be heated inside so my attire should work fine. However, you can always carry a wrap like a pashmini to drape over your shoulders and it will keep you warm and stylish. I love fishnets and wear them all year round but if you need more warmth for your legs, choose heavier patterned tights to still give you texture but will provide more warmth.
