Whether they work for conservative companies, retail companies or creative firms many professional women dress appropriately for work; wearing a third layer and not showing cleavage.
However sometimes women forget about how they look from behind. If you are not wearing a third layer (more about 3rd layers for work here goo.gl/LAEJNQ) and your shirt or blouse dips in the back ... you could be showing back cleavage!
Back cleavage is thought of as showing too much of your back.
A small scoop is fine. You should not be able to see the muscles in your back. Choose a top or dress that covers up the back.
Remember it's important to take the time to look your best for work. If you haven't seen the U.S. Jobs Report lately the numbers haven't improved much. When companies decide to hire or to keep employees it is important to them that their staff represents their company correctly. Make sure you get it right by avoiding things like to much cleavage in the front AND in the back.
