How about: “because it was time” or “because I felt like it” Is there a better answer than that?

One time for a dental assistant they asked me to tell me about myself. I started off with “well I like to scrapbook as a hobby” - 🥲🥲🥲

It's crazy that poor managers get to act the way they do but you can't talk about the behaviors in a interview

Self-employed people watch these videos and often feel bad for those that have to go through this. It's a cringey process

I didn't get hired, maybe, because I told them the people at current job were running the company into the ground. Good thing, because the place I was trying to get into ended up going under!

I would personally say I don't feel comfortable with discussing anything negative about my previous employer, with future employers, because that's disrespectful and clearly that question is not asked with honest intentions. That's a scummy question to ask in an interview.

Why do recruiters interview?? Should be left to someone that actually knows the job your applying for

Hello, thank you for all of your wonderful content. I am currently waiting to hear back from the company. It has been 10 days since the senior recruiter of the company told me that there are 2 other candidates finishing up the interview process and that the process will be done by last Friday, 6 days ago and that the team will meet up and have a discussion with who they will move forward with. I sent a nice follow up email earlier this week and still am waiting. I was told that I did well on my final round. I had a great feeling about my final interview and have the majority of the positive signs of a successful interview. Granted that it has been 10 days and counting, is it safe to move on and say that I didn't get the position? What do you suggest that I do?
