Jesus, jet wash the compound and clean the buildings before you post videos. Everything is dirty. Have some pride in your products and presentation. These arent cheao things you are selling. And why are the split ACs mounted on the _front_ of the buildings? Poor planning.

Some of you only know how to give negative reviews without thinking, it shows how low you are in character and common reasoning!! Construction is still on going in this particular project and clients bought units off plans. It is our job to also market good deals and help our client also buy one before it is sold out. So yes we can’t wait until the building is finished, cleaned but already sold out. Think before you comment

@@nexmena-xy7wh nah it’s not my price but the price from the developer, I was contracted to list the property, and I am doing my job just as you go about with your business; If you were a trader you wouldn't buy a good or product at a high price and sell at a low price, likewise these developers. Yes some prices are outrageous but the same as the inflation rate, so don't comment as if you live in mass 😃

The comments share the same sentiment. Ridiculous pricing. Please share with the developers. Proper pricing of houses should be part of a responsible real estate business. No wonder the vacancy rate of new builds in Accra is high. There are several unsold properties on the market.
