LoL. Accra to become the next Hong Kong! Nice house by the way. Negotiable prices adds frustration to the process. We prefer realistic non-negotiable prices. Helps to plan and budget, but yea i agree with others in the comment that $490K is a bit expensive even in USA and Canada. The price tag is a huge discouragement and yes we are serious about buying but not motivated to call or negotiate because of all the "fat" on the "bones", price padding.

@@nexmena-xy7wh nah it’s not my price but the price from the developer, I was contracted to list the property, and I am doing my job just as you go about with your business; If you were a trader you wouldn't buy a good or product at a high price and sell at a low price, likewise these developers. Yes some prices are outrageous but the same as the inflation rate, so don't comment as if you live in mass 😃
