Hey guys I have a problem, when applying the mirror modifier to the eye, the second eye isn't having the inner part. what would be the solution?

Thank you so much for this video! I have been trying to find a tutorial explaining Shader and Texture Nodes for 4.0 and onwards in detail for a while now but this explains both 3.6 AND 4.0 along with their differences which has been exactly what I needed!

one more comment - this is about the rotating tool. So if I select multiple objects and I try to rotate using the rotate tool they all rotate, but when I enter the numbers on the transform window to do it mathematically, only one object changes! I even tried putting them in a some collection. that did not work either. these little things really bother me and frustrate me. please help

Okay i figured this one out. if you type it manually on the X, Y, Z coordinate boxes it picks the one with light orange selection, even if you selected all the items. but if you just do R/S/G+direction and start typing the numbers it will do it for all of them. very odd. and annoying. but at least now I know why it was doing that

I was having really fun with this until the snapping came up and ruined my vibe. Now I want to throw myself across the room! I'm on mac, so it's not control button to snap. all the other control button for Mac is command. However not this one? I thought I figured it out for a second there. But I haven't. I have tried all the combination of buttons and all the other options of snaps, but it's not snapping!

Also I noticed you were able to snap, without actually having the magnet button on or activated? how! grrr!

you dont need new tutorials, this series is made after geo nodes fields were introduced. You can still follow these. Few node names have been changed slightly, for which you can refer to pinned comments.

Ok if you like me were stuck with the stuff around 24:30 / instance on points stuff - dont forget to scale the icosphere in "instance on points" with the x y z coordinates The Set up is like this right to left Ico Sphere => *Mesh* = Distribute Points on Faces Ico Sphere = *Geometry* = Shade Smooth Shade Smooth = *Geometry* = *Instance* Instance on Points Take the Transform Geometry that is joined with the Convex Hull and plug the Geometry Output of the Transform Geometry into "Points" - then Instance on Points into Join Geometry with is rooted into the group output - that should work

I wish I could add a picture to better explain what is happening. I am currently at 45:51. Blender 4.2 doesnt have the exact options shown in the video but I was able to convert the edge loop into a curve. However, When I use the array for the Torus, my array spirals instead of being a circle. Any idea why this would be happening?
