Nonna Gina's Food Adventure

Ciao tutti and welcome to my KZbin Channel.

First and foremost I want to welcome you to my world and to learn to cook like a Nonna.
My greatest love is my family and to be able to share with you all the meals I cook for them is such a pleasure.
In my channel you will learn how to make simple and delicious meals and easy recipes that can be adapted to your family meals, dinner parties and simple entertaining.

Apart from cooking in my kitchen you will experience Adventures that showcase local produce, great local restaurants, local destinations and the much-anticipated Shellharbour Marina.

I honestly believe that I live in the best part of the world, 2 minutes from the most amazing beaches, 45 minutes away is the gorgeous south coast, 30 minutes and you have mountains that will take your breath away and of course only 1 and ½ hours from the spectacular Sydney CBD.

Looking forward to going through this journey with you all.

Hi Gina, I just made it. It's such a beautiful dough - I mean really easy to knead, not sticky at all - I just did a few rounds though. & added 3 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds and baked 15m+ (oven temperature different I think). Very nice. Thanks so much ;)

Gina, I found this so very helpful for my very first time making lavash crackers, thank you so much. I see it's been a while since you've made a new video, and I'm sorry to see it. I enjoyed your personality and methodical instructions. It was especially helpful to see how you rolled them out so thin. P.S. Somebody said you talked too much. Pay no attention to the Grinch!

Just until they’re light golden. Each oven is very different so keep an eye on them

I remember trying this recipe soon after the show aired in india.Coudnt resist after looking at Gary licking the spoon.It was super delicious. Had made almost all the elements like the candied peel,syrup and mascarpone cream.Thank you so much Nonna for sharing this amazing recipe.God bless and take care
