Assalamualaikum..saya same PEN 3 dengan saudara heart rate saya lebih kurang 158 gak..faktor HR tinggi sebab x dpt tido ..belum warm up n lari HR dah 148..umo 44 tahun..Alhamdulillah saya kuatkan semangat untuk habiskan run walaupun tak dapat tido..debut full marathon yang tak dapat saya lupakan 5 jam 19 minit..cuba lagi bro tahun hadapan

Waalaikumsalam. Terima kasih bagi satu feedback yanh positive. Tahniah untuk habis kan marathon dengan timing yang baik. Sememangnya pada tiap tiap event, sy sukar nak tido dan saya rasa ramai yang macam tu jugak. Dan saya penat cepat sebab HR saya tinggi dan saya tak fit jugak untuk race ni disebakan satu factor yg tak dapat dielakan. Ini adalah marathon saya yang ke 13. 4 tahun ni dan 12 daripadanya saya habiskan. Umor saya 49 dan masa terbaik saya ialah 5 jam 13 min di SCORE 2022. Tahun lepas KLSCM saya habis kan official time 5 jam 21 min dan chip time 5 jam 16 min. Cuma tahun ni saya DNF sebab saya tak nak suffer dengan cramp untuk seminggu jika saya habis kan. Saya ada lagi 4 jam 15 min untuk complete kan lagi 21 km tapi saya rasa tak berbaloi untuk 1 medal tapi saya jalan macam ketam 3 empat hari… so DNF is the best option di AKLEH time tu 😅😅😅

Singapore bukan macam KL standard Chartered Marathon ya. Tiada tempat solat disediakan, jadi nya saya suggest kamu ambil air satu botol di water station, bila waktu subuh, ambil wuduk tepi jalan dan solat di tepi jalan saja

Mantap bang, laju ae bang. FM Score Marathon 2024 ni first FM saya dan saya berjaya habiskan 42.195km dengan masa 7 jam 7 minit. Saya antara org yg krem kaki pada KM 20 sampai abis. Sekali dgn brother baju fluorescent oren.

Congrats on your finish. This is my first FM. Dan betul lah FM is a different ball of game. Saya pun macam abg, mencoba pakai Negative Split, first half itu sudah lambat sangat, bahkan my worst timing for every HM that i made. Still, the second half tetap saja tak bisa improve the pace. Lagi pun Putrajaya route memang kejam. 😂😂

Thank you for the wish. Tak per bro baru 1st Marathon, tak de race experience so go for another and learn to overcome the "bonk" factor. Saya sampai sekarang masih belajar macam mana nak overcome bonk factor ni. Benda ni yang jadi horror kepada marathoner bila di KM 30 ke atas. Last 5 km saya di SCORE saya buat 1 jam 10 minit. Slowly bro dan selamat mencuba marathon lagi di event akan datang

Can’t follow this strategy this time because it was a complete wrong approach where my energy was drained after 20 km marks.

@@mleonards Score is your 1st marathon? Score pun saya ada masuk but that will be my 2nd marathon this year. My first is soon 28 hb ni di Twincity. Untuk you first timer ni I advise you to prepare from now. Make a long run every weekend to test your durability and body sustainability. Marathon is hard, really hard and tough. Is not double up of your half marathon capability.. its a different game.. you akan rasa bila sampai 27 and above the reality of marathon. Prepare well for it and kalau jumpa saya masa score tegur ya
