5:15 They also probably just turned down the mics on the audience. If they just got one on him, especially if it's directional, you won't hear the audience much.

Eurovision tends to have some crazy camerawork, they had a lot of cranes and a spidercam his year, but before that it used to be steadycam-heaven. They'd pull some moves off that almost deserve an award of their own^^
@Happymali102 күн бұрын
The "arm pump" as a dance is kinda genius, because it's a really long show already by the time he went on stage, people in the ranks are sitting with little place to stand (at best), and the standing crowd is PACKED IN. So a "real dance" would've been kinda impractical.

And sadly a sure and deserving win was taken away by rigged jury... Makes you wonder why compete even when public votes from all over Europe are not deciding anything.

Come’n there are pretty few lines in the chorus ‘…na, na, na, na’ comes out in the end of the chorus. There’s no special bridge here. But the chorus begins with “We are the superheroes we can….and then 7-8 lines in Polish, yep, and then ‘na na etc. love your reaction 🫶🏼but disagree with your opinion on the chorus. I put the gap on purpose to separate the last chorus…. The complete lyrics are below: Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na Do you know what we're fighting for? Ay-ay-ay The clock is ticking and the time has come, ay-ay-ay-yah Spread the love now Fight for love now, don't judge Do you know what we're fighting for? Ay-ay-ay-yah Powiedz tak i podziel się tym szczęściem Cały świat naszym domem jest Dobrze wiem, znalazłam swoje miejsce Tyle pięknych chwil wciąż czeka na nas We are the superheroes, we can save the world So come together, 'cause together we are one Let's build a home A place that we call home, a place that we know We are the superheroes, we can save the world Na-na-na-na-na-na-na, na-na Na-na-na-na-na-na-na, na-na Dam ci na to słowo - możemy dziś Ułożyć świat na nowo, na lepsze dni Póki płonie w nas nadziei ogień Dam ci na to słowo, że warto żyć Powiedz tak i podziel się tym szczęściem Cały świat naszym domem jest Dobrze wiem, znalazłam swoje miejsce Freedom is our call, it's in my blood Zabiorę Cię ze sobą ponad szczyty gór Znajdziemy nas na nowo gdzieś w dolinie burz Teraz mogę wolna być jak wiatr, tańczyć pośród fal We are the superheroes, we can save the world Nad nami niebo pełne spadających gwiazd Zabiorę Cię ze sobą ponad szczyty gór Znajdziemy nas na nowo gdzieś w dolinie burz Teraz mogę wolna być jak wiatr, tańczyć pośród fal Nad nami niebo pełne spadających gwiazd Na-na-na-na-na-na-na, na-na Na-na-na-na-na-na-na, na-na

WOWWW did everyone see the audience come ALIVE in the Finals when Ladaniva came on? The whole hall was dancing & jumping around. Also there's a vid from the Green Room, where all the participants went wild & started dancing & doing the Armenian traditional dancing, of forming circles & having a blast! I've never seen the Green Room react like that. Well, then Ladaniva, Armenia came in at #8. Yeaaaahhhhh ❤ 🎉🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🥳🤣

ABBA remember is an acrónim with the initials of the first name of each members: Agnetha (blonde singer) Björn (guitar and songwriter) Benny (pianist and songwriter) Anni Frid 'Frida'(brunette singer) ABBA there was two couples in 1974 Agnetha & Björn married in 1971 with one child, Linda Anni Frid 'Frida' & Benny engaged, married in 1978 Some context of Eurovision, annual contest since 1956 The whole world is televised Each country cannot vote for the song that represents it That year there were 10 juries per country and voting was by telephone or satellite The songs could not be longer than three minutes It was sung in the local language, but a modification from the previous year allowed singing in any language The last six winners had been female soloists Sweden had never stood out Some countries (like Sweden) had a previous contest to choose their representative All this was known to the ABBA manager, who sought to reach Eurovision as a launching pad He had tried the year before, but the song "Ring Ring" came third in the Swedish qualifier , and failed to qualify. "Waterloo" was chosen by ABBA because it wanted to give the impact of the two girls together leading the vocalization "Waterloo" in Swedish won the Swedish tie very well, and won the right to represent Sweden in Brighton UK For the final a change was made ABBA sang "Waterloo" in English They wore the same iconic special costumes (including the orchesta conductor, dress as Napoleon), and re-adapted their choreography to draw more attention from viewers and jurors. ABBA were the ones that stood out because the girls came running towards the stage (all the other interpreters started in a fixed position) and had a happy and explosive interpretation that went beyond the screens ABBA went not only to compete, but also to give a show ABBA deservedly won, still with 0 votes from UK and Italy (among others countries) and repeat their performance, but now as winners That triumph opened the doors to all of Europe, "Waterloo" within a few weeks was their first #1 in UK and half Europe , and even in South Africa too and reached #6 in the U.S. and #4 in Australia and several Top 10 in other countries Everything has its origin on this night of April 6, 1974 (the day after Agnetha's 24th birthday) That is why this presentation is the most important of ABBA, and the most important act in all the Eurovision Song Contest. (In 2005 "Waterloo" was chosen as the best song in the 50 years of Eurovision, "Waterloo" and ABBA change the entire history of Eurovision) And now was the 50th anniversary of ABBA's victory, with special homenage to all four ABBA members in the new edition of Eurovisión at Sweden, and much more all over Europe, included a new documental film about ABBA Later, it was difficult to repeat that success (there was like a curse that considered ephemeral and of a single success to the winners of Eurovision) just a year and a half later "S.O.S." It repositions ABBA at #6 in the UK and #15 in the U.S., and six #1 in several countries like Germany and Australia and there yes, ABBA's sweeping machine extends , success after success My best regards from Buenos Aires Argentina South America

I love her, but i kinda feel like the staging should have been kept more dark with small bits of light in takes here and there but just letting the lights go crazy after the Veronika part. Plus I think the lightning under the veronika part should have been even darker. I wish that they would have shown a bit more about the last part where they lift her from another angle where you like can see they are lifting her as they did on the merch ❤❤❤ Love you’re video 🫶🏼
