Pad seems to be really uncomfortable when you walk, run or sleep with it. Tampon seems to be painful but you won't be able to feel it when it's inside you. When it starts hurting inside your vagina, you must have putted it in uncorrectly so I prefer to learn how to use them, when you sit, walk, it should be painful a lot for the beginners but when you will use it often, it won't!
