@@chenesebeanmua I think with a scheduler it has to be the full amount because they require the payment before scheduling whatever it is. But you could add additional invoices later if you just put the scheduler invoice at like 50% or something for instance !

@@Rellennn I order 5-10 extra usually! More for pieces I have to glue or paint or cut or anything. I check while assembling and toss out the ones with obvious marks !

@@jeffferoce2633 hey! I think in PSD you would do that by rasterizing the layers with text. In AI you’d right click and click outline text. It basically “sets” the text in place so that if someone opens your file who doesn’t have your same fonts, nothing weird will happen! You’d want to save the file as print ready first though bc you can’t edit the text after. PSD miiight automatically do this when you save out, I don’t work with text in PSD too often!

@@AmandaDurbin-z1g usually yes ! Most people use the PDF inflight options to do so (honestly I usually don’t and my printer is usually fine but I don’t want to recommend that!)

​@@DesignbyLaneyIf using Printswell, do you? I have only printed one set of envelopes with them, and I don't recall ever outlining 150 addresses. I tried doing it in InDesign via the pages, but when I open the files, they don't look outlined at all.

@@elizabethhowell7280 yes there’s lots of reporting like number of uses and percent of clicks etc. You can also set up chains where they get the link and then can like click a second link to learn more or something !

@@homewatchmarketing524 not all creative businesses need fancy emails! In fact studies have shown that simple emails get the best results. But I haven’t personally tried WordPad! Every system has pros and cons so that’s why I’m showing this one internally and also why they offer a free trial so people can test them out and see what is best for their use case!

@@DesignbyLaney I really wanted to like Hubflo. I spent a lot of time evaluating it even to the point of starting to set up the system. As I got into it though, I felt like there were a LOT basic things that had not been fully developed for normal use. In my search for a portal functionality is the most important thing, obviously based on my particular needs and wants. Hubflo has great pricing but if I cannot do what I want and there is not enough ability to even create some sort of a work around with a ZAP for everyone, it does not work for me. I am still looking and have a few more under evaluation. More expensive but if they do what I need, when I need and how I need, I am willing to make the additional investment.
