I hope you can do a video on the Monsters vs. Aliens game, which was also developed by Beenox. I had a lot of fun with it myself and don't hear anyone talk about it a lot. They got a good amount of the voice actors too (even Seth Rogen, of course.) though neither Dr. Cockroach or General Monger's voice actors came back

Nice Solaris reference. We can all agree that Solaris from Sonic 06 was a way better boss fight than the Bee Movie game Solaris boss look alike

For extra context for the Toy Story 2 getting deleted portion of this video: They didnt just find backups, one animator who was home on maternity leave had the whole movie backed up with her and when she was given the news that the whole film was accidentally erased, she gave them her copy! 😄✨

Ah, I couldn't STAND that Violet level when I was younger! First playthrough, after several highly frustrating failures, I actually used cheat codes to skip that level (something I only rarely did), that was how much I struggled! I finally played through the whole game including that level when I was at university, like, a decade ago; and even then I still had an absolute time of that one xD; Absolutely agree with you about the Omnidroid fights. To me the first one is *fine*; not great, but matches the movie well enough that it feels satisfying to beat. The second is completely superfluous, given that in the movie that version of it beats Bob in about ten seconds flat, and the fight being identical to the first one is tiresome. But then the third version... I grant that you need a final battle against it, that's crucial to the movie. But it really-really-REALLY needed to be a different style of level that had sub-sections for each member of the family to use their abilities, similar to how it played out in the movie, rather than being a straight repeat of the previous two fights. (As for the final climax being missing? I kinda figured that it was to avoid spoiling the ending of the movie for people who bought the game first?) I didn't actually plan to get this game originally. I had several other Pixar games as a kid - mostly the 3-pack of Toy Story 2, Bug's Life, and Monsters, Inc.: Scare Island for the PC - but I wasn't into the superhero genre when I was younger so The Incredibles as a movie kinda fell flat to me. Then one time in my teens I had to go to the nearest hospital for some assessment or other... and in the kids' waiting room they had a game console set up... and this was the game they had on it. I poked at it because I was familiar with the movie, and I was just bowled over by how FUN it was to just rampage around as Mr I.; once I got home I bought the PS2 version off eBay and generally had a good time with it. Like you say, it's definitely tedious in some places, but I was glad I got it, and it gave me a new appreciation for the movie that I'd lacked before. I think in the end I found Elastigirl's levels the most fun, though Dash's were good too ^^

I was surprised to see a video about this game. I had it for the PS2, if I recall correctly. I mostly used cheat codes to mess around and play certain levels. I also had the GBA version. If I recall correctly, it was a 2D platformer. And when you get an upgrade, you can use it in the previous stages. The game encourages it, as there are upgrades that help out with exploration, like Gloria swimming underwater.

4:57 the reason to why this game wasen't dubbed in japanese is because Nickelodeon Japan actually went defunct in 2004, so all of the shows that where airing or still to be aired would air on other channels, and not all of them were in the same Channel, so to dub this game in japan, they would need to get permition from all of these channels to dub the game.

Even to this day, I really only know Melbourne House for two games - this, and Test Drive Unlimited. Also, Red Alert sounds good in this game because he's played by Daran Norris, AKA Knockout from Transformers Prime. Just instead of "flamboyantly gay" he's more "80s Robocop"

original Xbox version of Ratatouille was only at GameStop. It’s a shame PS3/ Xbox 360 is downgrade of the game.

"It's definitely one of pixars weaker films" definitely? The only criticism really was it's usage of the lie revealed trope. And honestly it's a solid execution of that trope, so at that point it's more just preference and tv trope brain, at least personally I had to stop with that site since you can just distill all your favorite media into boxes and see only see tropes everywhere. I am sensitive because of nostalgia I admit but if you come for one of the best Pixar flicks, I want some smoke let's hear some substantial critiques. Enjoying your videos and style though to be clear thought it was funny you joked about bugs life defenders coming out so here I am

Good video, I do personally disagree in that i always though the best Pixar movie was toy story 1, t's interesting to hear someone rank it as not even close, but I also grew up deeply with both 1 and 2. I feel like the pacing and more simple structure of the first ones plot is part of why it has aged well and as you say it's quite funny, but I could see toy story 2 edging it out in many respects and being a superior movie but something about the first is so prototypically Pixar but in a less is more kinda way for me

Oh my goodness I'm so glad someone finally talked about the over the hedge ps2/GameCube game! I played it so many times when I was younger and LOVED it! Seriously it's such an underrated jem of a game especially due to the fact it's a licensed game and not most of those games are just...okay, but I have loved only two movies in my life, inside out by Disney, and over the hedge. Knowing there's more over the hedge stuff makes me happy thanks for making this vid 💖.

Oh wow, I absolutely LOVE that they dug out Frozone's theme from this game to use in the sequel! His showing up there in the sequel was already a pretty great moment, but the fact that they threw such an obscure reference into the score and made it WORK...! I've played the main Incredibles game but not this one, so I would never have realised that; thanks for pointing it out :D

I was replaying this, and still pretty decent imo. I'm not a fan of the biggest fan of the RC stages either, Buzz Clip being my least favorite. The last level wouldn't be too bad if you were panned to the left more. The Genesis version has a bit more view, idk how much it'd help though cause even I struggle a bit in it. Another difference between the versions is, well you probably noticed is the SNES version somehow lacking You Got A Friend In Me. This might be a nitpick, but that's one reason I prefer the Genesis version, feels more complete. Along with the slightly wider view for certain levels. Actually the US Genesis version also has a level skip cheat, which is who I progress the game when I get a game over. On the title screen you have to put in the inputs A, B, Right, A, C, A, Down, A, B, Right and A, you'll hear Woody yell "Hot hot hot!". Then when in the levels, pause and press A to skip.
