This album is so incredibly important in my life. I am so grateful that it exists. And I say that without exaggeration. It helped me during a very difficult time. It is healing and therapeutic. Since the painful death of my wife, I have suffered from severe trauma and have been unable to work. I suffer from sleep disorders and every day since the album came out it has helped me again and again, like a barrow that carries me to sleep.
