How can I apply Defocus Gamma to a mask or the outside of a mask ?

I have a problem. When I connect everything (medianIn1, shape3D, render, medianOut1) my image comes like a cube but spaced out, so its an open cube. I tried the cube mapping on and then it does show what you have but then the cropping makes worse. My image is already in the center but how I want it. It's stretched, too zoomed in, and not all clips look good and centered. Do you have a solution?

How do you put multiple different images in a transition like in 0:04 . I really want to know how because most of my editing ideas involve multiple different pictures in one frame. Amazing edit btw!

@@TplusF make sure you are viewing the start of the compound clip on the main timeline (if you go into fusion on the clip it should start from 0)

what is the reason for turning the clips into compound clips, like does it help with rendering or sm?

It isolates the clip into its own composition/timeline , when we start to time remap we can go into this isolated space and manipulate the footage more until we get the result we want, compound clipping gives us that space Another small benefit is that it stops you from over extending a clip so it shows a different scene It also makes the frames in our fusion composition always start from 0 (nice if you have keyframed presets) tldr: its a good practice that comes with flexibility benefits

what if my da vinci dosent show 'defocus gamma' , i mean it displays ' defocus ' but not the one with 'gamma' in it ?, why is this ? what does it mean ?
