It is really easy to get some basic job in the Czech Republic (speaking from experience). The wages are not big, but they are enough to make a living. You just have to move outside of Prague to other regions. I mean circa 270k Ukranians found job in two years without even knowing the language. They just didnt all go to Prague.

Communists got exempt from crimes of dictatorship for exchange of sharing wealth stolen from the system with new elites. These corrupted elites betrayed Czech nation and kept salaries in general as low as possible for benefit of western corporations purchasing cheap quality Czech labor for decades + getting tax vacation from company profits for many years. Many original Czech brands were sold for cheap to western competitors who fired employees and liquidated companies replacing them with own brands and subsidiaries. Behind all what is officially presented about Czechia this country always was a big working camp. Czech national bank has kept CZK exchange rate as low as possible for decades meanwhile prices of consumers goods have been rising like in Western Europe... This whole rotten rigged system destroyed thousands of czech families, hundreds of thousands people lost their homes since 1989 and died in poverty meanwhile politic elites collected millions in provisions for tolerance of corporations imposing slavery manners on czech workers and paying harly any company taxes.... dictatorship manners the corporations impose on czech and domesticated foreign graduates would lead to huge suit in corps home country... but not here... Authority of social justice is restricted from investigating these cases.... Since 1989 towns like Prague, Budapest and other capitals have become centers of gray economy where all forms of sexual businesses and drug distribution are under common tolerance of government authorities who collect ransoms....cops are instructed to ignore dealers and pimps in the streets...the consequences are horrific... thousands of young people fall in trap of quick money and end up very badly every year... Poverty and homeless drug or alcohol addicted loosers are regular part of daily life in post-communistic capitals....
