A lot of reasonable technical questions from other viewers and no regard from you at all. Your presentation appears to look like a BS in a hindsight.

I found your video because I'm wanting to do this but I want to know if it's viable to make PLA molds, at least disposable or single-use ones. have you tried?

How does it hold up in strength to other metals?

This is awesome. The quality of your 3D prints on the control panel however, are rather poor, kind of spoils the machine and the rest of the work you did. Those flat panels are horribly bad! Otherwise you are a freaking genius. Nice work.

What are the dimensions between the two vertical plates? I’m trying to price out mold making and need to know what size mold i can use. Also what is the threaded nozzle thread specs? Thanks! This is going to launch my new fishing tackle business.

I have been looking for an effective solution for RC Jet Engine mounting and thrust vectoring. It may need some creative layering and insulation for the latter, but definitely better than trying to machine each part.

Downside compared with casting is shrinkage with is not isotropic and the parts aren´t 100% solid.

Why set up the tool callout like that? (Ex. T1 M6) Usually for lathes we use GCODE like T0101 so we can call different offsets with the same tool. That helps when you have an insert drill that you can also use as a boring bar (T0404 1/2 insert drill, T0414 side of insert drill for boring operations)

100% please start the kick starter. I would absolutely love to be able to get into 3d metal printing but without the time to do all the research like you have its practically impossible. I think it will be niche and not have a huge amount of people given the nature of the topic but the people you do get i believe would be huge supporters of the project and you channel
