Thank you for this. I had prostitcher installed a few weeks ago, and the girl who installed it told me never to use the switch on the front of the machine again. She said, after shutting down the tablet, go directly to the back of the machine and only use that switch. So, after she left, that’s what I did. So, today, I just plugged it in and I heard a clunk, immediately. Then when I turned on the back switch, all the lights came on! Imagine my surprise! I think she told me wrong!

I will bring your 4 quilts to the Guild meeting Thursday to get them to Wrap the World With Quilts 😎
@janenecomer56369 күн бұрын
You can go online to the website for Wrap The world With Quilts and register your quilts. When you do this a QR code is generated that gets attached to the quilt. When someone receives the quilt they can then scan the qr code and send you a note of thanks. Your personal info is never shared with them, they just see a place to type a thank you. It's fun to see where the quilts end up!

Thanks for sharing how you fixed your machine. You are quite a gal being able to get that Forte off and back onto the carriage alone.

This is a wonderful thing you do. A free pattern to use for emergency is always welcome in my sewing room. I make charity quilts for kids in foster care. The quilts are pieced by me. then go to the church for finishing. I sew many many a year so I can be beguiled by all the precious fabrics that call my name. Thank you..

Where were you last week?? Hahahaha my second time using my LA and I did this exact same thing! Luckily, after shutting down and waiting to the next day for a fresh brain moment…those can be rare here lately…lol I simply started over like you did. The quilt wasn’t anything but a practice one so that helped take the pressure off. I did have to do a manual “Jump” to start/stop each row for some reason but it all worked out in the end. I’m saving this video for future!

This turned out so pretty. That’s one of the few Kaffe fabrics I actually like. I know plenty of ppl are gaga over his stuff; but I’m not crazy abt most of them. I do like bright pinks and oranges together. I might choose to round off the corners on the bottom of the back and front; but then it wd need bias binding; so there is that. 😝 TFS ❤
