Pro-Stitcher Problems: When You Forget to Save and then Have Problems

Where were you last week?? Hahahaha my second time using my LA and I did this exact same thing! Luckily, after shutting down and waiting to the next day for a fresh brain moment…those can be rare here lately…lol I simply started over like you did. The quilt wasn’t anything but a practice one so that helped take the pressure off. I did have to do a manual “Jump” to start/stop each row for some reason but it all worked out in the end. I’m saving this video for future!

This is such great information!! Thank you for this video. Repositioning the design to the needle with the nudge is a game changer for me! I had to unpick a number of sections on a custom quilt , parts of designs etc. and i was able to reposition, move the start and end points and restitch the unpicked sections. You saved me hours of work . Thank you!

Ugh, we've all done this! Did you check File - Workspace - Open - browse to the 3-Workspace folder and open the AutoSave folder to see if your Workspace autosaved? That way, you can just reopen it, baseline, reposition and set your new Start point. Sometimes AutoSave doesn't quite save correctly, but most of the time, your last Workspace will be there for you!

I may be out of line with this question but the design program that came before pro stitcher I think was quilt-cad. I may be wrong about that except there is a PDF on the HQ site with the designs in quilt cad. Is there a way to get those designs or the program? There are a few designs in those PDF's that I would love to use.
