I've always had trouble staying with a gym because they're boring to me. Chuze has kettlebells, battle rope, a pool and even a lateral elliptical. All are things i actually use so this gym is great for me.

It is 2nd day after a legendary leg day, I'm on muscle relaxers, just got a massage, took some pain killers .. and I'm CRRRRYYYYING watching some stretching videos 😭😭😭😭

I couldn’t even do 5 minutes on level 3. Now I do 25 minutes on level 7 after 4 months and I have hit my weight goal! You guys can do this :)

I’m currently in Nuffield gym Wolverhampton. Esporta was the best! Although my gym has indoor outdoor pools, gym coffee shop and beauty. Staff not that friendly or helpful

I'm physically disabled after leg day, can barley walk up or down the stairs. And pretty much usless if I needed to run for my life.😅

I thought there was also some sort of administration fee not just the 25 a month like a 50 or $60 administration fee and I also heard it's really hard to cancel the membership or it can be a hassle

@1:45 “double your strength on most big lifts” Yeah right! That is astronomically wrong. I think what he meant was double your reps, which is NOT doubling your strength (weight lifted). Benching 135 lbs 4x day 1, then benching 135 lbs 8x on day 30 is absolutely attainable. Benching 135 lbs 4x day 1, then benching 270 lbs 4x on day 30 is what doubling strength actually is and that is LUDICROUS for 30 days. No amount of PEDs could even do that.

I am 13 years old and 5’10 I’ve use the elliptical for 40 min max resistance and I feel stronger and have way more stamina

It was my first proper leg day and tbh it got me a bit good tried my best as much as I could but walking down the stairs when exiting gym was something new and even if I wake up or while sitting down I kinda feel my legs pump up I can walk just a lil pain got one body medicine ponstan which hope so does the job cause I ain’t skipping and it’s less because i do home mat workout also if you don’t than it will hurt ya a lil hard

Number 3 helped me a lot. Last week I did leg day it hurt every time I moved. Using a exercise bike next week. I'm still sore but its no where near as bad as last leg day. So I'm calling that a win.

I love the elliptical. Back in January I was 305 it’s currently July and I do 1 hour on a 13 resistance everyday and within that hour I burn 950 in total. All these months later better eating and the elliptical got me to 236

There isn't one. Fanciest gym I found was Lake Nona Performance Center and maybe Genesis in Maitland.

I just asked the manager at LA fitness on touhy in Chicago to turn the hot water up on the jacuzzi a little bit it's only at 100° where it should be at 110 and he wouldn't do it.

Do not fall prey to the $9.99 offer!!! It is a fraud offer!! Once they have your bank or credit card number. Massive fraud charges will start to appear on your account. If you dispute, your credit score will be have serious impact. They will make it impossible to cancel the membership. File police report immediately after detecting fraud to avoid future fraud billing. Avoid giving out your bank account number and / or credit card number. If you do, you may end up facing massive fraud charges!! Specially do no sign up for Personal Training Sessions, they will make it impossible to cancel and massive fraud billing. Most importantly beware of con artist Sue Smith (the Fraud manager) in charge of fraud billing. Members should collect all evidence including pictures before initiating membership cancellation. Do not leave your children unattended at Crunch Fitness and they are at serious risk when you try to cancel the membership.

But actual leg day is very enjoyable..... perhaps the adrenal rush. It is second and third day, that the muscle feel so flaccid, and weak.
