The space can even fit in 350mah. However 300 is already more than enough

I love how even when you found the hardened filament, you didn’t stop there and you showed other possible problematic pieces for others to see what to do (like the direct drive gears)

No wander you clogged the hot end. Try using the filaments that Creality recommend Noob.

so how about when your printer keeps clogging in literally every few minutes? I can't finish my prints before it starts to clog. I've already replaced the PTFE tube multiple times in both heatsink and heatbreak, replaced the nozzle even if the original one is still working, made sure the extruder gears are properly working, and yet it keeps clogging like it's making the filament expand and up to the heatsink area that's why the filament gets tight in the PTFE tube and that's how it clogs. The extruder can no longer push the filament to the hot end because it already tightened in the heatsink area in the PTFE tube. Then after a few minutes of extruder forcing the filament down, the filament will start to bend and curled down the gears until it grinds the filament and freely rotates like its still pushing the filament down. So what could be the problem here? I have tried everything even adjusting all the settings in Cura slicer like retraction distance, cranking the nozzle temp up and down, slow printing speed, adjusted the flow rate, everything.. Nothing happens. it keeps clogging like it will melt the filament up to the heatsink area and let it cool down and get stock in the PTFE tube. i suspect that the heatsink fan has a problem because it does not blow air at constant speed.

Came back to give another update. I moved away from the Creality series entirely. You can have a printer as a hobby or print as a hobby. I went with the Bambu A1 and I have yet to have a failed print.

Great video . I have the same issue where blue is not coming out , yellow and red are fine . I tried using hot water and soaking the print head but it didn't work . Should I use isopropyl alcohol or contact cleaner now ? Which is better ? How long is required to soak the printhead to unclog it . I did it for 5 mins. Thanks ! One more question , hp 680 based on hp' s official site mentions black ink is pigment based , I saw the bottle you used was dye based ink . Is it okay to use dye based ink on pigment cartridge based on your experience ? Thanks once again

Excellent, clear tutorial. Unfortunately I could not adjust the front to back tilt as you described. It kept going back to tilted when I tightened the 6 screws underneath. It turns out the front to back tilt doesn't make much difference because the print head doesn't move in that direction. Instead, the bed moves front to back. I checked the bed height at the nozzle for the front and rear bed positions. It is the same.

Got stuck on "Auto Z Offset in progress"... turns out I missed the z-motor plug. Moment I saw you do it I thought... there was another one? It's hidden back there and wrapped under so I didn't think anything was unplugged so if anyone gets that issue, check that z-motor cord.

I was looking for this exact problem earlier. Didn't find this vid in time and edned up doing basically the same thing on my own. Took off the silicone cover, unscrewed the nozzle and passed a cleaning rod from the bottom to force the stuck fillament up.
