1:50:49 The whole of Khrysalis is absolutely metal as fuck. It's worth noting too that in part 1 there's a companion that follows you around for the first half, Dyvim Whitehart, who later gets attacked and thrown out of a window by one of the queen bee's minions in arguably one of the most violent and unexpected cutscenes I've seen in this game, followed by a quest involving you fending off his dying body on the ground from an onslaught of more wasps. A surprisingly brutal and tense sequence of events in a game that for the most part presents itself as a light-hearted kids wizard adventure game but I'm honestly all for it. I instantly fell in love with the general atmosphere of Khrysalis primarily for how different it felt from the rest of the 2nd arc in terms of its tone and stakes, and even artistically it remains as my favorite world in the game. Outside of that I was also surprised to see that you didn't mention in either video of multiple quest names throughout the game ALSO being references to song names. The most notable imo being the Azteca quests "The Hand That Feeds," "With Teeth," and "Underneath It All," two of them being references to the band Nine Inch Nails' 2005 album With Teeth, and the third being a reference to a song off of their 1999 album The Fragile. Would have been a fun little addition to see but, either way, this was a fantastic video and somewhat of a trip down memory lane for me too as someone who has been playing this game on and off since 2010/2011. I'm elated to see wiz's audience for the most part grow up with the game itself, resulting in us getting quality wiz content like this in 2024.

played up to Arc 2 so far but wasnt part of the community and i didnt realize how hard set people were on special unique items in the game. like i understand it for WOW but I just saw wizard 101 as a mmo that doesnt have that much level of respect for unique rewards that no one cares if you got a item that your supposed to have gone through hours of playtime to get, everyone is just gonna think you cheese or exploit it like everyone else would probably do, changed my view on the value of some of the loot other players carry.

Back when Dragonspyre was the last world and having Dragonspyre gear meant that you were good at the game, back when Jade Oni was THE boss to farm over and over again for drops. Back when the arena was completely open and free for everyone to just walk in and fight, no need for queueing up to fight like they have now. Back when being lvl 50 Grandmaster was the highest level you could obtain and when the 48 spells like Stormlord and Fire Dragon were the most powerful spells. I would pay hundreds of dollars just for Kingsisle to make a classic 2008 version of this game... i would FREAK TF OUT and i would no life it like no tomorrow.

The original haunted minions were ghosts tho ^^" at some point in an update a few years back they became golems -Speaking of voices, no one has ever brought up the unspoken fact one random day when the "heck" hound was renamed they gave it a sore throat howl instead of its lovely sing to the moon it had back in 2009 :3 (just my opinion)
