I will say that while it'll eventually become redundant, Lightning Strike has actually been super handy as an early game Storm wizard. If you're using the Wand of the Seven Schools (with that nifty 5% accuracy buff) and cast it, your spells go from 70% accuracy to guaranteed. And while it's definitely pointless to use on low pip spells like Thunder Snake, adding it to your set up for a higher pip spell like Kraken makes dealing with bosses solo _much_ easier. It definitely has its place, minimal as it may be. That being said I'd have zero complaints if they did buff it, lol.

If only the game's company KingsIsle weren't complete degenerates in both matters of management of the game and their employees. Game would be peak if they were human. But they are greedy goblins with 0 insight and they are completely disconnected from their own game. Or should i say "product" . Unenlightened boomers.

I feel like a bunch of “challenge mode” fights just are the prenerf/initial release version of the fight.

just now watching this video in 2024, but for some reason i am able to go into the spiral geographic society archives, even though it was retired in 2010, which would’ve made me 5 years old at the time. Precision might make sense if you have a storm player on your team who is casting a spell that you absolutely need them to hit. Very situational though

For the mutate spells causing your spells to be unusable with powerpips, technically you *could* use those spells with school pips which basically act the same as power pips

3:02 If they made balanceblade and bladestorm trainable then they would have to make every school blade trainable period. Which I don't think is gonna happen. Also your proposed buff increase to precision while nice, isn't gonna make it see anymore use. People would rather just risk the fizzle with an additional buff or two on themselves rather then spend a turn risking a fail on a accuracy buff. By the time you start reaching spots in the game where mantles are common you should have accuracy to negate most of negative effects accuracy debuffs give. Its the samething with lightning strike and Guidance, if your still using these at max outside of very niche circumstances where your pretty much forced to back and use it. Your doing something wrong. I will admit though, making accuracy buffs only applying to hits is a GREAT idea. For frozen armor I don't think people will use it even if it became a aoe absorb, even with the increase to damage absorption it still won't be used more then likely. As for criticaling off of absorbs? That would be make it worth using, so much to the point that the only times KI would allow us to use it will be in cases where enemies have an easy time of either bypassing it or ignoring/removing it all together. Dimension Shift: I will agree, this spell is just ass. I've only had very niche circumstances with monstrology minions where using it was worth it. In almost all other cases though yea, its not good. Cutting the pip cost would be nice i guess but trading hanging effects with a target of your choice would be HUGE. Especially in allot of niche and strange fights that are in the game now. The third idea would be really cool but I disagree with it fitting the name. Mutate spells: Agree 100%. They're bad. I agree with how you would fix the mutate spells, I still don't think people would actually use it. Your idea would get them to try it once or twice but after that I don't see people using it unless they can also be enchanted by a damage enchant. That might convince people to use them more often then. Your idea for stuns? Pretty solid. Your idea for Shadow creature hits? Pretty solid as well. Solar surge is a spell thats in a weird spot, however your "fix" for it might work for players who aren't in the mindset of: "more damage = good, cut everything for more damage." It has potential to be used by someplayers, but definitely not a majority. Although I could see in some niche battles and circumstances it being used over epic due to having no choice but to use it. Your idea for cooldown? Pretty solid as well. Overall your ideas are pretty well thought out! A couple may be hit or miss but that'll most just depend on the players and the circumstances surrounding the spells themselves that your covering.

Precision should not be set to only work on hits. Instead, it should only work on spells that don't have a 100% accuracy already.
