Drink water and Gatorade!!! I was having to dose every 1-3 hours or esle i would be rocking back n forth and vomiting!!! But once I started to force myself to drink water and Gatorade for a few days i could go 4-8 hours and not feel too terrible!! It makes all the difference!! I am almost to the point i can transition to the suboxone!! I have been through this many times before but i finally realize that water is the best thing you can do to help!! It’s still not easy tho trust me!! But this is the best advice i can give to anyone going through it!! The restless legs and arms!! Plus the nausea and vomiting isn’t nowhere near what i have felt before when i wasn’t eating and drinking during my detox!!

Almost 9 months clean now from Heorin and Benzos, been abusing it for years and years, went to multiple treatment facilities but the cycle never ended , couple of things happened in an instant in my life at present so as usual the obsession is returning again, i can feel the demons waking up again, but i know its do or die this time, I will survive or this shitt gonna end me up fr this time.
