I have a TS 3650. I have a quite large outfeed table built onto it with the legs removed as it sits on that. Plus a router on the right side on the feed side. Anyway. I am installing the INCRA fence system and redoing and cleaning the saw table and such. I put a new motor in it as well as changed it run on 240v and it's power and such on the 1.5hp is much better. Anyway. I have a shattered femur at the moment so out of pocket for a few months. But I may do a KZbin video on it when I get all that going. Check out the INCRA TS LS system as well as the router tie in etc. not cheap. But they can get you repeatability and exact cuts to within thousandths. Amazing system. Nice video. I will be using the same techniques to check and redo my saw.

And that you should consider all pilot and main jets, O'rings and gaskets, as consumables on a bike in this condition. First of all, find out what models the carbs are, and that they are correct for Your bike. It will help You with ordering parts, and during adjusting everything. Again, here's where the Factory Shop Manual comes in handy! Buy a set of Vessel JIS screwdrivers #2 and #3. Thank me later. One throttle cable is for pull, the other one for push. Stainless screws for the float bowls, is an invitation to corrosion problems. Say bye-bye to Your threads! Learn about pressure testing the fuel inlet circuit! A hint here, is the O'ring under the float valve seat! Check the four or five usual spots for vacuum leaks. Shaft seals on the throttle shaft do not like rusted shafts. Learn how to set the float level, and know what the fuel service level is supposed to be. Learn about how low the float really needs to go, to open the float valve. Stiff rubber boots can be made softer with a heat gun, or soaking them in hot water. Clean, clean and clean everything, inside and out. Find out how to clean up the bodies themselves, the float bowls, emulsion tubes and shafts. One very good idea, is to polish the shafts and have them zinc plated! Print out the drawings from the parts manual, which is found everywhere online. Only buy original parts - or verified quality parts from well renowned businesses that have dealt with these Kawasakis since they were new.
